It was absolutely disgusting. The packaging had all sorts of hand prints of the sauces used. They can’t even give you a clean over all wrapping. Just absolutely nasty.

Walked in without any acknowledgment. Not welcome here! Ordered and again not acknowledged, no smile. I was an absolute inconvenience to this group. I went to get sweet tea and it was out. I asked for more. They didn't want to make more! Avoid this place!

Placed online order and received all my items just wish they would make the sandwich as ordered. No onions. Other than that no issues.

Husband ordered Italian sub wanting only oil and vinegar but came with mayo and brown mustard. Was horrible. He said only customer in store at lunch time.

Truly hidden Jem we eat firehouse over most sub places. I order custom everyone I order and this one everyone is the best firehouse of the state Ga. From Bread freshness to sauce proportions, on point….

Very nice! The girls helped me out with my small Italian meal and gave great recommendations for the cherry limeade and they actually went to the back to look for the baked chips and were really nice when I requested them! They both did an awesome job! Would go back!
Worst Firehouse EVER!! Closed at 4pm on a Friday!! This is my second time coming here and finding them closed!! Awful service!! I won't be coming back .

This store needs more employee’s, I understand that there might me a worker shortage but I don’t think it’s okay to only have one employee running an entire store by themselves

This location is managed by 18 year old kids. They wear pajamas to work & don’t understand how to provide good customer service. The owner of this location should be ashamed

You are not going to park near the front door of this busy sub shop and you are going to need a few minutes to wait for your sub if you did not call ahead. The management needs to have more employees putting those hoagie's together. Food is delicious and might even surprise you. Nice clean family spot serving generous portions. Meatball sub is better than average and more than a meal. It's worth the wait!
