A great find--a bit off the beaten path. Excellent salads and of course seafood---tried the Fish Tales (grouper) lightly breaded and perfectly fried. Kitchen obviously knows how to prepare food---wish they would include Hush Puppies on the menu--am sure their versions would be outstanding if they did! Brandi was the best waitress imaginable.

There is always a wait in the weekends, food is ok but not great. Prices are very high as are drink prices. Could have spent $20 and gotten a great meal at a real restaurant. Don't go here

The outdoor seating looking at lake and marina is lovely. We went on a Friday night with live music. We had the grilled shrimp and beer battered fries. Also ordered the summer salad with grilled shrimp and the lobster bisque. Iced tea and a coke to drink. The sand level patio with chairs is really nice. There is a grass area in front on way to marina that has chairs too. The salad was great and the fries are really good. The lobster bisque for a cup at $10 has the flavor of lobster is topped with cheese but not the value. Our waitress did not ask us if we wanted any dessert just dropped the check and left. I had to ask for a refill on my iced tea. We will come back to try some other items on the menu.

Brandi Q is hands down the greatest waitress I’ve ever had! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome, taken care of, and totally at home. Her energy is infectious, her timing is spot-on, and she somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. She truly made our experience at Fishtales unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to get Brandi as your server, you’re in for a five-star experience. Give this woman a raise!
