Something’s not adding up here. I was driving back from the city and knew it’d be hard to find a place open until 11pm on a week night… to my surprise Marcos was! Well.. at least according to their google hours, oh and their website where I placed my online pickup order for 10:45pm.
To my surprise I showed up at 10:43 to what looked like a completely shutdown/closed store (it’s clear all the closing work had been done, and who knew how long my pizza was sitting for). The dude at the counter cut right to business to charge me for the pizza, and seemed annoyed when I asked about adding on a dipping sauce. Before I could even pick my pizza up from the counter he TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON ME…. Like seriously? You couldn’t have waited 2 more mins for me to walk out the door? Then proceeded to leave right after me at 10:50pm-ish… when they’re open until 11pm right?
As someone who works in the industry, I know it sucks when a customer comes in during the last hour but if you want to have a successful store (and get tips) then you suck it up and give good (or at least decent) service.
As for the food, it’s what you’d expect from a massive fast-pizza chain, not bad but not great either.

Pizza was delicious. Stopped in for lunch. Great price. The seating area wasn't welcoming in nature, chairs on top of tables at lunch time. Staff was nice though.

This location never makes mistakes. I call them just to complement them on their on time delivery for a 20 oz Pepsi I ordered with my pizzas. - honesty! Amazing customer service. The best employees.

This location always makes mistakes. Then you call them and they want to give a credit on next order. Never ordering from them again. Driver forgot soda said he’d be right back - lied! Awful customer service! Rude employees.

I went inside the store after placing an order online. I waited inside with about 15 other people for 45 minutes. The cashier taking orders unfortunately was more concerned about everything else behind her and did not tend to the customers standing in the lobby. I had to eventually ask for help. There seemed to be a large confusion about orders being placed and lost orders. After asking for an update and then told they’re not sure how much longer or where my order was that I already paid to, I left with no pizza.
Quick service! Pizza looks good, got an extra cheese that is a little overdone, but the food was made quickly. When I arrived the person at the counter was handling a phone order. A gentleman came from the back to help me and I was out in 20 seconds. Great job!
