We have dined at Maynard’s many times and overall the food is good. I ordered the steak salad and I asked for medium temp but it came out well done. The ahi tuna salad was very good. My biggest turnoff of Maynard’s is the distinct grease odor that hits you when you walk in the door. I really wish they could have something done with the exhaust if that’s the problem. I’ve noticed it for the past year.
The food was delicious! I ordered the pulled pork nachos and I was very happy with it, it was layered so I didn't have all the toppings on top and just chips at the bottom. They also made me an absolute fan of the gin fizz (sans egg white) which was just delightful to my tastes. Our server was friendly and helpful and made great suggestions as well. All around will definitely go again!
Maynards is a great local restaurant for lunch or dinner. Their food is delicious! Their hamburgers are especially yummy, accompanied by house made fries or chips. We especially like all of their soups, as well as their pork chop and fish and chips. Large, comfortable booths, high top seating, as well as regular tables and chairs, give you many options for seating and can accommodate a large group as well as two diners. The staff are very friendly and always bring you service...
