Went through the drive through girl kept over charging for everything finally got it straightened out. When we got to the window got our food but not my frappe. It was sitting on the counter guy at the window handed it to me another young gentleman ran up saying they didn’t pay for it after it was already in my car. The guy at the window said it was on the screen just didn’t pay for it I said ok here’s my card they refused saying I had to come in to pay for it. They took the frappe back through the window which is a no no major health code violation and the other gentleman accused me of stealing. I said I would go somewhere else not to worry about it. I called back to speak with the manager the gentleman that accused me of stealing answered the phone refused to give the manager name was laughing saying I stole my food well my credit card says differently hung up the phone on me called back asking for the managers name he laughed and saying good luck with getting that info. Posting this so maybe the manager can see how his employees are discriminating against people and talking to customers plus violating health code. Major lawsuit waiting to happen

the food here is okay. it never tastes very fresh. nine times out of ten when i get my order there is something missing. the wait time for your food is also very very long.

Ordered 2 Minecraft meal/ through the app and brought it home just to find out we paid full price to not get the toys. Called them and they said there’s nothing they can do. Dogshit customer service
