Drive through employee working window at 5pm on 1-25-25 extremely rude. They forgot my kids sauce so I asked him for one, mind you he hasn’t even said a word or any kind of greeting. He rolls his eyes and drops it into my hand. I asked why he had an attitude and he told me to “keep it pushing”. Well if only he knew. I don’t understand why a corporation like this places their rudest most unprofessional employees in the window. I will be reporting this to corporate as well. If you hate your job that much then go find another one.

WORST McDonalds ever… Unfortunately this relatively new McDonalds has been the absolute worst since it was built.
The staff is more often than not, rude, completely unmotivated, lacks COMPLETE attention to detail… almost every order I have ever placed here has been wrong.
Pic is of the burger I requested through a delivery app for “no pickles, no onions”. Shows up like this. Someone went out of their way to make this wrong. Oh yeah, and I can’t show you the fries because they never showed up.
I wish there was an @corporate feature here, because this place needs some SERIOUS leadership. I’ve noticed the deflated look on the faces of the workers many times… and almost always, I have seen interactions of the leadership being completely dismissive, angry and belittling towards the normal staff.
Having managed large teams in the military and civilian service sectors… the problem is 100% with the leadership staff here. Maybe not all of them, but definitely 90% of them.
Someone come SAVE this place and the poor workers who might actually still care about the work they do there.

Absolutely the worst most incompetent McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. The manager on today at 3pm doesn’t understand customer service or how to lead/mentor the young men working for him.

This peticular location always seems to not do credit cards after 2am and it's a real pain even if you're the only car be prepared to wait for a wrong order.
Not anything crazy good or hot and fresh. Similar to ones in other states.

Very bad service employees do not care about serving customers. Manager is a joke and the food is not worth eating. I hope they go out of business but it seems people don’t care about poor service and poor tasting food. Maybe someday people will wake up and start going to new places and show McDonald’s they are not worth the wait.

I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese, they gave me a soggy cheeseburger with nothing but meat cheese and bun. the buns were also the wrong type. fries were fine, but they royally messed up the burger.
