First, I give the McDonaldâs app a HUGE ZERO itâs totally useless. After the app failed me I went inside to order and the employees were very nice and my order ready fast.
Update- Placed a mobile order for counter pick up. All doors were locked, I could see my order sitting in mobile pickup spot. The employee at the door was extremely rude & would not get my order. Itâs fairly easy to get refunds from other mobile order restaurants. Itâs EXTREMELY difficult to get a refund here. I still havenât received a refund & I contacted corporate already. Iâm not sure why Iâm even surprised McDonaldâs is the bottom of the barrel food & employeeâs. The very last thing they care about is the customer.

They took 30 full minutes to cook ONLY TWO chicken egg and cheese biscuits. We got a egg and cheese biscuit instead. Only idiots work here smh

We rolled through this store for a late supper after Doordashing fairly late. We ordered the $5 meal with a McChicken and a Filet 'o' Fish sandwich. We asked for everything dropped and the employee told us it was no problem. By the time we got to the 2nd window our order was ready, which was surprising. But, the food was all hot and fresh straight out of the fryer. Customer service here was over the top. I don't know why it took so long for great customer service to make a comeback, but this McDonald's is definitely on track!

This place is absolutely horrible! Service⊠horrible. Employees⊠horrible! -screaming employees. -disrespectful employees.
My family and I wanted to go out to eat at Chick-fala, unfortunately it was closed, and McDonalds had happened to be right next door. We walked over and began our order on the machine. Later the machine crashed. So we asked the employee closest to us, we asked if the machine was out of order, all she said was âthat one worksâ pointing to the other machine, and not answering the question. Then she walked back to the kitchen and continued talking to the other employees. She said and I quote âhe got attitudeâ but my family member had not given attitude and simply asked if the machine works. She was giving attitude in tone and just seemed very annoyed. The screaming employees were not as bad, but still obnoxious. There seemed to be an employeeâs break, sipping a frozen lemonade, not bothering anyone. This black lady from the back screamed his name, so he went to go see why she called, then she told him that she had no reason to do that, she just wanted to. While Iâm sitting here typing this there is employees in the back screaming. Not great.
