Machines were working, no greeting at the door just a stare down, not very clean for an empty store

Went here at 7:30 and sign on door says they're open till 8. However, all the machines were already emptied out. If you're going to close at 7:30, don't say you're open till 8. This isn't the first time. Don't waste your time going here. Find another place to get a frozen treat.

Nice place to go for a cold treat on a hot day. BUT, Filthy dirty. Same stains, dirt and grime in same places for over a year. Needs a good deep cleaning.

Super rude and inattentive staff / ownership. I called to check if they had their vegan flavor (they never do) and as soon as I asked that the guy hung up on me. Called back a couple times, he just let it ring. I’m close so went in person, called while I was in the store and watched this guy ignore the ringing phone. When I confronted him about it he at first tried to act like the phone wasn’t working, when I pointed out that it was ringing but he was ignoring it he switched to saying he never answers the phone as a policy. Which firstly is a ridiculous policy and secondly is patently untrue, given that he just answered the phone a minute ago and then hung up on me when he heard the word “vegan” and then refused to pick up again. This person claimed to be “the owners dad”. When I told him I thought that was poor customer service and I’d be leaving a review he didn’t seem to care at all.

Vegetarian options: There is only one vegan froyo option and it is NEVER in stock.

Every time we go half the machines are down. The place is dirty.

Disgusting. I have not seen dirty until visiting this location. Trash over flowing onto floor, tables stickey and gross, windows and doors caked with sticky. Do better !

Staff is around but it seems like they do not want to interrupt your frozen fantasy ?

Just came here with our foster kids and my wife. Everything here is great, the cashier was nice and freindly. Good place to take your kids.

We came in on a weekend night at 8:20, so 40 minutes before closing. We had trouble getting our yogurt because a teenage girl who worked there, and her mom? and friend? who didn’t seem to work there, were blocking the machines as the girl ran water through the machines and into a big tub while the other two talked to her. She would then carry the water over to a sink near the register and slosh the dirty water in and around the sink right where people were getting yogurt and adding toppings. There were at least two machines that were already completely shut down for the night, other machines with no flavors, and the toppings area was a complete mess. We typically go to another location and it is really clean and well run, even near closing time, so we were very surprised.

I am surprised this location is allowed to stay open. The past few times I have walked inside, I felt grossed out. The toppings are either empty or almost empty and you can see that the containers are dirty. There’s grime built up on the counter and floors. The tables are always dirty, too. I don’t think they wash the topping containers or replace the toppings until they’re expired. Also, the frozen yogurt has been tasting off. I would be happily surprised to know if they ever clean the machines.I can’t eat froyo from here anymore.

Came today and no one at the register. Served our froyo and waited for the girl to charge us — waited about 3 minutes. Could have walked out with all three froyos. Really bad business for the owner. ?

Been here a bunch and it is ok, but usually lots of good flavors. Pretty unclean though. This visit I could not find a chair (it was empty) that wasn’t filthy. Dirt clearly from weeks or months of not washing. 50% of their machines were broken. Very disappointing. I guess cause it’s winter!
