Good froyo, but the place is gross. The chairs, floors, walls and windows are disgusting. It doesn’t look like anything has been wiped off or cleaned in ages.

This place is just plain gross. You have kids running it. Toppings all over the counter, mixed in with other toppings. Splattered drippings from the machines. The vegan flavor never running. We all walked out. Unclean, someone is going to get sick eatting here.

This location has really gone downhill the last few years. Frozen yogurt area is messy and dirty, floors and restroom are beyond filthy. Trash can filled to the top. Tables and chairs falling apart. Meanwhile employee is just there on her phone hanging out.

lol just seen a girl come out and get frozen yogurt and then one worker was actively serving herself frozen yogurt . And the girl with the braces literally said “sorry we’re closed” mind u this is b4 I realized they closed at 8 , currently 8:20 rn. Terrible customer service honestly

Over the past few years, this location has gone downhill Tremendously. The store will close early for no reason other than they want too.

Specifically went to Menchie’s today and was told they closed early because of the rain and they turned off all the machines. This was at 7:15 almost 2 hours before they were supposed to close.

Place is filthy. Seats and tables are disgusting. Froyo is good.

Figure out what your hours are higher, competent people and post them. Third time we’ve shown up and they’ve been closed when they were supposed to be open

Machines were working, no greeting at the door just a stare down, not very clean for an empty store

Went here at 7:30 and sign on door says they're open till 8. However, all the machines were already emptied out. If you're going to close at 7:30, don't say you're open till 8. This isn't the first time. Don't waste your time going here. Find another place to get a frozen treat.

Nice place to go for a cold treat on a hot day. BUT, Filthy dirty. Same stains, dirt and grime in same places for over a year. Needs a good deep cleaning.

Super rude and inattentive staff / ownership. I called to check if they had their vegan flavor (they never do) and as soon as I asked that the guy hung up on me. Called back a couple times, he just let it ring. I’m close so went in person, called while I was in the store and watched this guy ignore the ringing phone. When I confronted him about it he at first tried to act like the phone wasn’t working, when I pointed out that it was ringing but he was ignoring it he switched to saying he never answers the phone as a policy. Which firstly is a ridiculous policy and secondly is patently untrue, given that he just answered the phone a minute ago and then hung up on me when he heard the word “vegan” and then refused to pick up again. This person claimed to be “the owners dad”. When I told him I thought that was poor customer service and I’d be leaving a review he didn’t seem to care at all.

Vegetarian options: There is only one vegan froyo option and it is NEVER in stock.
