No fruit ! messy! Won't be coming back

It's unfortunate that this place is always dirty. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority here. It's better not to even talk about the restrooms because they're disgusting. I don't understand how a food place has such poor cleanliness.

Really unfortunate representation of a franchise that in numerous other locations is completely different.
Flowery Branch location of Menchies needs to be evaluated by the overall organization and their franchise rights revoked. Dirty, unkept with little effort to keep table surfaces & machines wiped down and floor cleaned with no customer service and repeatedly closes 30-45 minutes early than posted time. Get it together owners, your establishment is beyond disappointing and not even worth one star.

Worker looked annoyed that we came in 30 min before closing. Started unloading machines right after we filled our cups. Rushed us out and locked the door behind us as we left. 20 minutes before posted closing time. The place was a mess. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Wouldn’t come back here

Good froyo, but the place is gross. The chairs, floors, walls and windows are disgusting. It doesn’t look like anything has been wiped off or cleaned in ages.

This place is just plain gross. You have kids running it. Toppings all over the counter, mixed in with other toppings. Splattered drippings from the machines. The vegan flavor never running. We all walked out. Unclean, someone is going to get sick eatting here.

This location has really gone downhill the last few years. Frozen yogurt area is messy and dirty, floors and restroom are beyond filthy. Trash can filled to the top. Tables and chairs falling apart. Meanwhile employee is just there on her phone hanging out.

lol just seen a girl come out and get frozen yogurt and then one worker was actively serving herself frozen yogurt . And the girl with the braces literally said “sorry we’re closed” mind u this is b4 I realized they closed at 8 , currently 8:20 rn. Terrible customer service honestly

Over the past few years, this location has gone downhill Tremendously. The store will close early for no reason other than they want too.

Specifically went to Menchie’s today and was told they closed early because of the rain and they turned off all the machines. This was at 7:15 almost 2 hours before they were supposed to close.

Place is filthy. Seats and tables are disgusting. Froyo is good.

Figure out what your hours are higher, competent people and post them. Third time we’ve shown up and they’ve been closed when they were supposed to be open
