Napoli's Pizza

this pizza was life changing. the garlic bread and marinara were so good, the pizza was so cheesy and crispy, the cannoli was amazing. even the little basket of bread they bring you before you start eating was the best bread i’ve ever had. i might want napolis to cater my wedding it was so good

I got a seafood pasta dish. update: I have been back regularly. I can also recommend the calzones, strombolis, & garlic knots.

Kid-friendliness: i regularly see families and there are bigger tops for larger groups.

Wheelchair accessibility: there is a slope from the close ADA parking. I recommend the Publix parking and a little further. no steps and no tight turns. The door is manual and the order counter is high. The staff is accommodating.

The pizza and calzone were among the best I've had in Georgia and I'm from New York. Ignore the few negative people who probably give bad reviews everywhere they go. I like the owners responses. I'd tell off these negative people, too. Good job!

The pizza was great, it's a little different. You order at the counter and they bring. They have great staff. Just no waitress. But they do keep your drinks filled. Deserts are yummie too..

The best stromboli and cannolli I have ever had!! I ordered ham, mushroom, ricotta cheese,onions and peppers and it was delicious!! I order thru Uber eats, and when it arrived it was still hot!! Definitely will be ordering again!!

Kudos to the owner! I've been there several times in the past year. He seems to be understaffed, but he works his butt off to make sure his food is hot, fresh, and that his customers are satisfied!!

The young blond girl isn't the best when it comes to customer service, and you can hear her and another female employee openly gossiping. Not very professional. However, they are working, so I give them that! I don't hold that against the owner and his restaurant. HE. WORKS. HARD!

The food was amazing, we got pepperoni pizza & the baked ziti it was amazing & so fresh !!

I will tell you, this is a hidden gem. This is the best NYC style pizza in GA! This is what you will get in NYC when you order pizza. The sauce is the freshest, the under carriage is perfectly cooked and offers the perfect crisp, and the cheese is super fresh. Coming from a northerner from CT, this is the best you will get in the state of GA!

This is counter-service Italian and should be relatively quick. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. The line to order was almost to the door and moving very slowly. A server brought the wrong salad for my son and never returned with the correct one like she said she would. I had to ask for his salad when they delivered his meal. They tried three times after that to deliver the wrong food to our table. My son finished his meal, but my husband and I still had not received ours. Then they tried to deliver my son’s meal a second time. It’s clear that either the wait staff has no idea how to read the tickets and deliver the food correctly, or the kitchen staff does not know how to manage the tickets well. My husband and I finally got our food ten minutes after our son finished, and that was after telling a wait staff that we were still missing our food. During all of this, we watched one of the wait staff sitting down chatting with customers instead of hustling during the rush for which the restaurant was obviously not prepared. We will never come here again.
