Have been coming for 2 years now great experience every time.

Service was super nice! The milk tea I got was a little too bitter for my liking and the girl at front desk switched for me in no second. I then got a white peach blossom milk tea which is pretty good. You definitely taste the tea. Great ambiance and music background to study or work! Recommended.

I looooove Pearl’s and this location specifically. Drinks are always amazing! Staff is friendly and attentive. They remember my drink choices which is awesome to me! The environment is great to sit and work, meet with a friend or play a game. One of my favorite places!

We tried Pearls tea for the first time today. I got a strawberry oolong tea with white crystal boba. My mom got strawberry oolong tea with mango popping boba(the one half gone haha ?). We've never tried oolong tea, definitely a favorite now. The restaurant itself is very cute and welcoming. Will be returning 100%!

I am not from Flowery Branch but I come here a few times a year to visit my parents. Every time I am here I am so excited to visit Pearls because it's one of my absolute favorite boba spots. USUALLY, the customer service is above and beyond but today's experience absolutely let me down. 2 of the workers that i usually see were nice as usual, and very helpful. But one of the girls who makes the drinks was probably the rudest person I have ever seen in this store. She set down 2 of the drinks we ordered (we were the only group in the store ordering drinks, there was nobody behind us. To that point they did not even ask for our names to put on the cup.) I was told to go and grab my drink and as I grabbed it I said thank you and she gave me a death glare. She stared at me for a while and finally said "well, there IS a sign," and rolled her eyes at me. I look down to see this tiny sign that says to please wait for my name to be called before grabbing my drink. I apologized and said I did not see the sign and put my drink down. She proceeded to say "whatever" and marched to the back of the store to sit on her phone. I wait until the other two employees say it was okay and I was allowed to grab my drink. I apologized to them and said I did not mean to piss the other girl off, and that it was really sad I loved that place because now I will never be returning. That kind of behavior is deplorable. She may of been having a bad day, but that is no excuse to be that rude to a customer who was nothing but nice to you. I have been coming to this store ever since my parents moved here and i unfortunately never plan to return after that. I never got her name due to her marching into the back of the store or else I would call the store owner. I left the store a 15% tip regardless, and am sad that I do not feel comfortable enough to return.

Interior is so cute and there’s plenty of seating and games to play. I always order the mango cream drink. Very tasty and refreshing!
