Rachetti's Cafe & Pizzeria - Georgia

This was 4-5th visit. Service was good, but dissatisfied with the food. Cheese balls were undercooked as was a small kids pizza. Always been good food in the past, hopefully will be better next time we visit.

Kid-friendliness: Typical restaurant layout so kids are easily accommodated.

Pizza is delish.

Not bad. A little expensive for the quality of food. The pizza was okay. The side salad was really small for what they charge. Takes a long time to get the pizza but they do warn you on the menu. But the staff is super nice and so is the owner.

I believe others like it so maybe it for you to try. For me personally I did not so much the cheese and the flavor of the pizza is okay.. but the crust not to much. The service was very nice ? the price a bit high.. and an overcharge if you pay with cc just 4%. It did take 40mins to get the pizza but they tell you that on the menu ? so it's not a surprise.. just after 30 mins you start to feel it..

I want to start by saying when we have eaten in the restaurant the food has been great. However, DO NOT order delivery from this restaurant on a Friday night.
I put in my order online on their website at 5:38. I then received a text saying my food would be here by 6:58. Now I know places are busy on a Friday night but at about 7:20ish I called to ask about when our food would be ready. I was assured that the food was ready and waiting for the delivery driver and they were slammed. About an hour later, I called and she said delivery is backed up and they're still waiting for the driver. I asked how long the pizza had been sitting there and she said it had just come out... hmm odd since I was told it was done an hour ago. By about 8:45 my family was hungry so we ended up just making a quick dinner. I called the restaurant to cancel my order and she said that the driver should be there any minute and gave me more excuses about how busy they were and that she would call the driver to see where they were.
At about 9pm the pizza arrived cold, because it sat there forever, and we ended up refusing the order. The driver was very kind and understanding of our frustration.
I completely understand places are busy on a Friday night but we paid $92.00 for 3 pizzas and waited almost 4 hours for cold pizza and that is just unacceptable.

10/10 recommend out of everything when it comes to to-go and delivery (I have never dined in).
Please just be patient and tip well as they use their own drivers to deliver ?

Ordered at 533, order was to arrive 648 then updated to 658. Called at 710 when order wasn't delivered yet was told it's on its way. Called again 730, same response as last time different person. Called at 745 spoke to kitchen manager, low and behold our order was in fact NOT on its way and was never made. This was not through doordash but through their website. Never again will I patron here.

Tried to order pizza tonight was put on hold for 10 min
This is not the first time good Chicago pizza it service is questionable on take out
And when I have sat down with my family to have a pizza there is always issues with our order
Will order from someone else

Excellent service
Lasagna was extremely dry. Pizza was OK. Garlic knots were good dipped in marina sauce.

Great authentic deep dish pizza. Had to pull up an extra table just for the massive pizza we ordered. Many items to choose from besides that as well. Helpful and friendly staff.

I’ve eaten here many times now on Thursday nights. Singo is a lot of fun and that’s what I come for. Even when there are only 2 tables occupied, service is very slow. The food is all right, but not great. Anything with meat is very greasy. If I knew of another restaurant with Singo, the group of friends and family I go with would move to that restaurant instead.

I came for dinner, ordered a Chicago Style pizza. The service was attentive and they informed me that the style of pizza may take time. Honestly, service was great, the food was great. The owner stands up for his employees. There was a customer and his significant other being extremely unrealistic and rude. The owner did his best to make them happy and nothing was enough.
