$10 for some powder mixed with some hot water and ice is absolute insanity.

I love rise up nutrition they're friendly and their drinks are amazing so if you've never been to rise up nutrition I recommend you go love you guys that you rise up nutrition y'all are amazing

This place has great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're willing to answer any questions and help you pick what is right for you. I have gotten both shakes and teas here. My picture is of their seasonal Gryffindor tea. And it was delicious. My son also enjoys getting things from here. You can either dine in or carry out your order. It is a very clean place. I will definitely be back time and time again. You definitely get your dollars worth here.

There staff is friendly very welcoming and their drinks are delicious!! I eat a high protein diet and I personally recommend there coffee based shakes!! They also have “little teas” for the children!!! Who would have know a healthy shake( coffee) could be so good!!!!!!
