My go-to nutrition shop! The staff is so kind, the drinks are delicious, and the protein snacks are amazing. I go so much they know my order by heart, and it’s dangerously close to my house (haha). Always a great experience!

Move over morning coffee and RUN to Rise Up Nutrition for a HUGE variety of healthy loaded teas, beauty beverages, specialty drinks and coffees, post workout shakes and a TON of protein shakes! I love the tastes and variety of the drinks and how most all of them help replace a meal or help give me the focus I need to get through a tough work day. So many options that are good for you and served by the sweetest people. Try the Batman if you have a child or need a post Friday night electrolyte boost. If you want a meal replacement, try a protein shake… I love the Butterfinger, Lemon Ice Box or Strawberry Shortcake. I just tried the Pink Drink which is delish and gave me a good dose of healthy stuff. My other fave is the Dole Whip, because if you can’t get one at Disney, then Rise Up is a darn good Dupe!
I was traveling through the area on a work trip, staying at hotels and needed a healthy option for breakfast. Found this gem in Flowery Branch. Super awesome atmosphere, great conversation with the owner, and delicious drink options. Highly recommend 😊
