The guy name Eric for the night shift , very rude and disrespectful towards speaking to Customers not the first time , he refuse to warm up our breads and even telling him that there were still 12 minutes to closing he had the audacity to say the machine was broke when I clearly heard him telling his co worker to turn it off , with attitude I told him I would stack to the manager laughing sarcastic said go for it !!!!!!

Service here is usually slow because the store is short-staffed. I’ve noticed trainees working alone without much support. I don’t blame the workers they’re doing their best but it seems like management could be doing a better job.

Says they open at 8am but evidently the employees just arrive whenever they want.. it’s 845 and they aren’t ready for opening yet and said it’ll be another hour… Great experiences here in the past may just need to look into the staff who can’t seem to arrive on time in the mornings.

Messed up both of our drinks. Made me wait even longer to fix my order instead of fixing it right away they made other drinks before mine. Then when we left my husband realized they gave him the incorrect drink aswell.

The sandwich that I ate here made me sick, I was throwing up all night. When I was eating the sandwich in store, I watched the barista make 3 drinks the wrong way back to back. Horrible food & service.

The cashier was extremely nice. Unfortunately the ones who made my drinks zero customer service. I ordered very light ice. Was given both drinks full of ice. When I asked to have them remade was handed a cup to separate the ice myself. Highly suggest supporting local coffee shops!
