This has to be the worst run Subway in the state of Georgia. I don’t usually do the review thing, but I felt compelled on this one. I’ve stopped at this Subway four times in the past month and a half. First time they are out of all cheese except pepper jack. Ok, no big deal. Second time they are out of all meats except pepperoni and salami. They say truck comes tomorrow. I say ok and walk out without a sub and give them a pass. Next week walk in and same thing! No meats! Truck comes in next day. Both were on a Wed. evening. I say I’m done with this store! Few weeks later I’m wanting a sub and am driving by on a Tuesday. I think to myself, maybe it’s because it was just on a wed. night before the truck comes Thursday morning, so I decide to stop. This time they have meat but are out of onions, olives (for two weeks), cucumbers and have no bottled drinkers at all. I think this was my last time I ever try this Subway!

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. They always only have one worker making sandwiches. Today they were out of Turkey, Bacon, Steak and lettuce. We also bought a Coke from the fountain and it had no syrup in it at all. When we have come here in the past they are always out of multiple ingredients. When we first walked in there was one group in front us of ordering a couple sandwiches and it took 20 minutes to get them their sandwiches. Then, when it was our turn, we ordered four sandwiches. While the first sandwich was being made, a woman who I assumed to be the manager came out and decided to help the woman behind us? I was annoyed considering the fact that we waited on someone else for over 20 minutes and no one came out to help during that time. Then the manager finished the two sandwiches for the customer behind us before ours had finished and checked them out. Then instead of helping the employee who was still struggling to make our sandwiches, she walked back into the back and was chewing on some food when she came back out? I feel like management at this location is terrible. I never ever leave reviews but this has happened so many times I felt like it was necessary. I would definitely drive across the street and get a pub sub before going to this subway!

The only right thing in my sandwich was turkey and mayo, everything else was wrong. Only pick up phone to hung up and ring a loud noise in your ear not to call again. Seemed like nice people in person.

Hands-down, the worst sub shop in a 20 mile radius stay far away if you value your $10 numerous times I have ordered from this place because it’s right down the street and convenient, but they somehow manage to completely screw up the order not very surprising judging by the people working there though, save your money.

this subway is a joke. every time I go in there they are out of something. the drink machine hasnt worked in months. I went in the other day which will be the last time I go into this location. when I walked in the lady said just so you know we are out of cheesesteak, ham, and kept going, luckily I dont put meat on my sandwich. I asked for a foot long wheat, well when she cut it open I could tell it wasnt fresh, it was crispy bread, well she didnt have any other wheat bead so I had to get white, it was the only fresh they had. All lettuce was gone, she had to go in th back to get lettuce, the pickles looked like they had been sitting on the counter for days, then no jalapeno chips, so I opted for the dill chips, got home to a stale bag of chips. I couldn't even eat them. I went to get a diet coke from the fountain, wouldn't you know it, they were out of diet coke. this is not the first time they have been out of product.

My second time at this Subway in two weeks, and they were out of turkey. And today, also out of ham and chicken. It’s hard to order what you want when all of that is out!!! It’s 5:48pm and they close at 9pm. This is ridiculous. I still found something to order, and was still charged full price. I won’t be back!
I'd give a lower score if possible. I walked in on July 17th. One person was behind the counter staring at me. I finally said hello and started to order. She said someone would be right with me. I said ok. I noticed another worker kneeling in front of the register. She yelled to someone in the back and said, "can you come help this guy?" I left, I had been there for several minutes and had not even been greeted, I had to greet the workers. I thought anyone can have a bad day so I went back on July 18th. I ordered a foot long flat bread sandwich. The person training the sandwich maker watched them prepare the sandwich and put it into the oven. When they pulled the sandwich out of the oven, the meat and cheese were stacked on the short side of the flat bread. I knew I ordered a sandwich and not a burrito, so I pointed it out to the overseeing trainer. The trainer instructed the preparer to fix it. She merely slid the cheese and meat that would've been the correct amount for a 6 inch sideways across the foot long. It didn't even cover the bread. Thank goodness Publix makes incredible subs and they're just across the street. They don't have flat bread, but at least they acknowledge their customers, know how to make a sandwich, and provide a better product for a better price.

Half of these reviews are a joke and only because they were offered something free, like cookies. When I arrived the young man working behind the counter was clearly in training but no one else in sight helping. Then a man came from the back, in a tank top, no hat, no uniform and started to help (at least he put gloves on). I said I had 4 subs, he acted like it was a huge deal. While he was starting my sandwiches another lady and man walked in and were patiently waiting. He finished my meats, slid down my sandwiches to the trainee and then did the same to the ladies as well but then skipped right to the gentleman and completely finished his sandwich, cashed him out and offered him free cookies for a 5 star. He didn't even think to offer the other customers the same deal -who overheard the whole conversation too (me & the lady) who had been waiting the longest, and I also had a small child with me. Then he proceeded to take off in the back to let the trainee finish my 4 sandwiches and the ladies. It took 30 minutes to get my sandwiches, as the trainee was trying but clearly it was his first or second day. As I was leaving 2 groups of people walked in and he came out from the back again acting like it was a big deal that people want to come in and order food while you are open especially around lunchtime?!? I wish I would have gotten his name, but someone needs to teach this young man some professionalism and wearing proper clothing/uniform. Hopefully if I come back to this location again it will be better, because my appetite was gone when I left after that experience. ??
