Showed up at 8:30, sign on the door and hours online both say open but they locked the door.
New management. When I say my sandwich was good. The new mgr on duty went above and beyond I wish I knew her name… but I am so thankful she was sweet and kind. I will definitely be back…. Thank you so much!!!!! I appreciate it I was truly served as a customer!
If you lost hope is this location I definitely recommend you try it again…
Customer service is in line with all the other one-star ratings. A very rude woman claiming to be a manager grabbed the Uber Eats driver's phone and told me to stop ordering the breakfast flatbread sandwich (from their online menu). She accused me of harassing them by ordering it every day. :) Not. She claimed they don't have three ingredients, even though they completed the same order the previous week. My Uber Eats driver and I have filed complaints with Corporate, hoping they will reach the franchisee. (Out of spite, she refused to cancel an order they could not fulfill, hanging the poor driver out to dry.) The Uber Eats team finally had to cancel it.
Went to get my son subway on Mother’s Day after I had worked all day. It was 8pm. Online and sign on door said closed at 10pm. When we arrived the employee walked to the back and hid and both doors were locked. Very poor customer service. Will never go to this location, they are terrible.
The 5 stars ONLY pertains to a SINGULAR employee. A young man by the name Caleb. Came in Saturday doing doordash. The store was completely full of customers waiting. Caleb was running the ENTIRE STORE by himself on an extremely busy SATURDAY NIGHT. Even as more customers came in his demeanor never changed. He stayed extremely friendly & helpful as the line in front of him grew & grew. It took us over an hour to get our order. This was not at all Caleb's fault. This young man deserves a raise immediately. Mind you ALL orders are custom made to order. It's not like he could premake a bunch of food to help make working COMPLETELY ALONE easier. Subway I'm truly disappointed in you as a company. The fact you're so ready & willing to put 1 of your BEST workers through something like this is heart breaking. By OSHA law you HAVE to be allowed a 15 minute break every 4 hours. Having a single employee running an entire establishment for whole shift on one of the busiest days of the week is literally illegal.
I truly hope Caleb can get the recognition & compensation he deserves.
Wanted tuna sub however they were out of tuna . I had a coupon for a foot long sub and after I picked out the one that I was going to pick I was informed that they didn't know how to ring up the coupon. Pitiful!!
This is the worst place. I feel bad for the owners. I'm not sure who does the hiring but the employees shut down early, middle of the day, doesn't matter. When you go in, the employees act like I'm disturbing their day. For someone that owns a business, I would never allow any of this. I wonder if the owners have any control of any of it.
Horrible customer service at this restaurant. They did not have a key ingredient to the beast sandwich and would not give any cookies as a form of apology for my inconvenience. The kid actually asked me what inconvenience. The manager was called and she did not care about my happiness either. Goodbye Subway on friendship!

Always out of something. The young man and young girl who I see in here often offer nice customer service. But the cleanliness of this establishment is gross he made my sandwich with dirty gloves got it all over the wrapping and the bread. They never have cookies, and give me undercooked bread. I think they need to hire some adults to run this location it’s falling apart UPDATE: Still out of everything this time it’s worse no drinks no cheese no fresh bread and it’s a 30 minute wait DO NOT COME HERE

Seems like this subway is on its death bed. Service is no longer at acceptable level to return. Management is obviously non-existent or at the very least complacent and untrained.
They closed almost a whole hour early
I placed the order this morning. I had Uber eats pick up my order. When they got there to pick it up the older man was very rude to the drivers. All he stated was it will be a long time he can't make the order and walks off to the back. I have three different drivers try to get my food. When I finally got my food they just gave me what they wanted to give me. I'm not from this area . But I would never go here again.
