We know Waffle House food is generic BUT Phyllis puts “her foot” in the dishes she makes. You can tell that she cares about the food she creates and how her creations are presented. And Stormy (hostess) so intentionally courteous and attentive simply because that is who she is. The infectious care is also apparent in Dominique as I see her interacting with her customers. These ladies are the essence of what customer service is about and you are all appreciated.

The server was very rude and racist towards me. She treated another couple the same race as her with respect. She threw things at the table. It was a tall older blonde lady. The food was alright but the service turned a good dine in quickly to a bad to-go.

I was at this location last night about 2 or 3 am. I ordered my food to go. It was ready incredibly fast. I'm a bit picky. Bacon crispy and hash browns extra crispy. It was honestly the best waffle house meal I've had in a long time. It was cooked and prepared just to my liking. Thank you so much! The cook and waitress made my night. And I needed a happy meal, and they definitely delivered!

There was 1 table of four when I walked in. Waited 8 minutes and couldn't get any service. Walked out because I don't have that kind of time to just sit around and wait for someone to feel sorry for me. I'll take my money elsewhere.
