I hate to be like this but I was actually so dumbfounded that I thought it should be shared. My boyfriend and I waited patiently for 30 minutes to be served while the cashier was on the phone taking an order, which is fine, we understand. Now what I don’t understand is why there were 4 employees in the back who had plenty of opportunities to come help up front for a single moment but instead kept coming upfront to simply stare and see what the cashier was doing and leaving repeatedly. Obviously that’s far more important than doing your job. And then how is it that we get told to wait a few minutes, stand there for 30, and then as soon as the cashier gets off the phone he starts complaining to us that his arm hurts and that he needs to call his boss, not saying anything else, and then allows 2 customers who had just come in to walk right in front of us to be served immediately without even a single glance or regard towards us. I mean are you serious? I can understand being busy, (which they weren't!!) but that was just ridiculous.

Just spent $30.00 on two meals and threw both out because the taste of the actual chicken was just bad and I didn’t want to get sick…the boneless wings were over cooked and just not edible, the actual taste was awful. The regular wings just had a foul taste and half the condiments , blue cheese and cheese sauce, weren’t even put in the bag and they appeared to be slow tonight, no other customers were waiting.Good reminder to not waste money eating out! Shame on me!

These were the worst wings I’ve ever had. They tasted awful, they had a VERY weird taste. Couldn’t even finish them. They are lucky I brought the wings home and didn’t taste them there or I would have demanded a refund.

I ordered food to share with friends, but unfortunately the sauces were not included. It wasn’t enjoyable eating the chicken wings without them, since they are an essential part of the order. I hope more attention can be given to these details, as it really affects the overall experience.

15-21 minutes, more like 45-90 minutes at this location... They are always super slow and I always have to wait for almost an hour from placing the order until it's done. They also don't always put enough seasoning, it is HIGHLY dependent on who is cooking. If you don't like seasoning and like to wait extremely long for your food this is the wingstop for you!

Ordered online and waited over 30 minutes before going in to get the order. Then waited in the location an extra 30 minutes beyond my original order. Staff was rude and said they were just waiting on fries. I stated my order didn’t have fries and was told it was still first come first serve. Staff said they were understaffed but were in no rush to help or get things done. Management needs to make sure they are properly staffed! Absolutely terrible experience!

We ordered online and then drove 25 mins here. My order was supposed to be ready in 16 - 21 minutes. Meaning it should've been ready when we got here. I have been waiting for an hour and only 1 order has went out.
