Wingstop

I can’t even start how horrible my experience was at my local wing stop. Firstly some family an I decided on going since we were pretty hungry. When we order our food it took about an hour to get our food even though it was only for two people, second the wings were mushy and undercooked and the fries tasted like they were left out for multiple days. I really don’t recommend people to come to this wing stop. Thank you.

I really didn't expect the food to be as good as it was. It was absolutely exceptional for being a delivery.
I was also very pleased with the driver (Aaron) for reading his notes and following through with compliance.
I will definitely be ordering from this Wingstop again. And I will more than likely request this driver. It is just the small things like he did that can really turn someone else's day around.

Terrible to work for

Tonight was our first and, probably, last time spending our money here. What a disappointment and total waste of money! The wings were just ok, nothing special, and a little pricey ...but their chicken sandwich; let me try to describe it. First, i've had better chicken sandwiches out of a vending machine. Second, patty is some kind of over processed, frozen store brand, school cafeteria....you get the idea. I really can't even believe they sit right beside Chick Fil-A and have the nerve to sell a chicken sandwich if they can't do better than this.
Management and staff were nice and helpful but I don't see this Wingstop lasting too long in Flowery Branch if the food doesn't improve.

Got my order nothing was good about it. I ordered extra crispy was not crispy at all. I waited for my order since I walked in and ordered. Fries were not even warm after sitting there for 20 minutes or so. Carrots were in huge chunks. Was my first order and probably last. Maybe better training would help.

First time trying this new restaurant. Wings weren’t cook to the requested doneness.. Fries werent in a container, just placed in the bag and were cold. Will not return.

Ordered there a while back and cancelled the order because my son had already taken care of dinner. Never have got my 60$ back! Called numerous times to corporate! They will scam you like they do everyone else! And if your order isn’t right they won’t fix it!!!!

Picked up my daughter’s order today and there was a “vote Trump” sticky note in the bottom of her sealed pickup bag. Absolutely disgusting.

took nearly 50 minutes for an order that I was told would be about 20. food was mediocre at best, and the employees look like they just got out of a halfway house.

I wish I there was a 10 star option. The service from beginning to end was spectacular. We ordered to go, and it was not a long wait. While we were waiting, the managers checked in on us, and was making friends with my 11 y.o. Son, which one of the managers joked with him and called him, “the president” and boy, my son ate that up ? he loved the special attention. I saw all of the staff and managers take their time with each customer, to make them feel well taken care of. The food was fresh, and so delicious. This was the best food service/outing that I’ve had since Covid hit, cause NOTHING has been the same since. I will most definitely be coming back! Thank you to all of the wing stop in flowery branch staff and managers!

The food is very yummy! Restaurant is pretty much always clean and the workers are very friendly!! 10/10 recommend

First off entering the building they have a designated employee just to open the door.. weird for a fast food location.. after repeating my order about ten times I checked my receipt and the order was wrong, I alerted the staff and they corrected the issue and were very friendly. I got my order after about 20 minutes. When I arrived home I found my order to be incomplete with an entire meal missing. This is a brand new location off to a rough start. The food is tasty and the sauces are great but the restaurant is a hot mess.
