Excellent food service and quick and fast. Young man named “Zarian” had excellent customer service and always so nice and kind when I come in and order. Definitely will be coming back

Awesome place to go and eat and sit. Very clean store and most of all very nice workers I enjoyed my experience here at Wingstop will definitely be coming back

I don’t know if there’s been a change in management in the last few months. But something is definitely different. The food isn’t the same. The tenders were so hard and over seasoned. We ate at the restaurant and we could hear the staff and I assume the manager joking and laughing. There back there playing around but the food isn’t good and the service was worse. Maybe some retraining for the whole team would be best or I don’t see this location staying open long

Waited my whole lunch break for my food after placing an online orders the staff was not inviting at all and not a single glove in sight.

I hate to be like this but I was actually so dumbfounded that I thought it should be shared. My boyfriend and I waited patiently for 30 minutes to be served while the cashier was on the phone taking an order, which is fine, we understand. Now what I don’t understand is why there were 4 employees in the back who had plenty of opportunities to come help up front for a single moment but instead kept coming upfront to simply stare and see what the cashier was doing and leaving repeatedly. Obviously that’s far more important than doing your job. And then how is it that we get told to wait a few minutes, stand there for 30, and then as soon as the cashier gets off the phone he starts complaining to us that his arm hurts and that he needs to call his boss, not saying anything else, and then allows 2 customers who had just come in to walk right in front of us to be served immediately without even a single glance or regard towards us. I mean are you serious? I can understand being busy, (which they weren't!!) but that was just ridiculous.
