Placed a delivery order today at 4:30PM and it took 90 mins for the delivery, received my order close to 6:00PM. I was not aware of the 90 min delay until after I placed the order. I would expect the website/app to warn the user of the delay and have the user acknowledge the delay. Also, on Nov. 4th I tried placing an order for delivery and delivery was flat out unavailable and the app was not user friendly enough to change locations to see if I could get a delivery from another location. Had to order from one of your competitors. Not sure what is going on with Pizza Hut delivery program but this is unacceptable and I do hope Pizza Hut addresses the issues to prevent any future mishaps.

Delivery was fantastic, the driver was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had one pizza undercooked with very sparse toppings. The cinnabun desert looked gross, like a bunch of icing was just poured on the center. Temp of marinara sauce felt like just out of the fridge. Dissatisfied, but again driver was great.

My on line order was easy to complete. The order was made and delivered an a reasonable amount of time. Most importantly, the pizza was delivered HOT! Not warm...HOT. I usually have the oven on waiting to heat up the pizza - not today! Best delivered pizza ever!

I bought a container of marinara sauce that usually is put inside the box with the pizza. This time it was not and leaked all over the pizza box even before it got to my car. I had sauce all over the seat of my car. Not a good experience.
We ordered $46 worth of pizza at 4:50pm from the Spout Springs Location. At 5:49pm we received a text message that the pizza is on its way At 7:09 we called because we haven't received the pizza yet. 1st lady said it was not in their system, then said it was delivered to the Pizza Hut location she said they would remake the order. Then a boy called back angry saying they have returned the $46 and would take 4-5 for the money to return In bank. We asked for the Distric manager and she got on the phone and backed the manager up. We could can order and pay again but NO. Our order must have been their free dinner. I wish I could have left zero stars!

This location is really starting to make me upset. When I used to order from here it used to always be great food, everything done right, no issues. Now when I order there's ALWAYS a problem. I'd like to think I'm pretty simplistic: Stuffed crust pizza with Garlic Butter Crust and extra sauce. Tonight they sent me a pizza with NO additional extra sauce (sauce was actually nonexistent) , and no flavored crust. How.Hard.Can.This.Order.Be....??? Disappointing. I've reached out to customer service so this can hopefully be dealt with properly, but after this I will no longer be spending my HARD EARNED MONEY on an establishment that can't fill the simplest of requests.

Contactless delivery is a plus as long as you receive all the items you ordered. Had to call back about missing items and took another 20 minutes for them to arrive

Wait time was way longer than my online order said it would be. I called when I got there and it wasn’t ready, so I didn’t get in the curbside service line. I waited 10 minutes (they told me 5), and then it was another 16 minutes before my order came out. I get home, and it’s the wrong pizza! I hope the person that got my pizza isn’t as disappointed as my family is
