NEVER did i ever think that i would ever see the day that this Burger King of all Burger Kings in the world would be very rude. Today I had to tell Tara that i wanted a fresh cup of ice in my drink. Cups of ice are made & just sitting around melting waiting for you to order your drink. When I told Tara that I did not want the cup that the ice was just sitting in to melt, that upset her. She was NOT aware that ice just sitting around in a cup melts down faster & dilutes your drink once it is added to the cup of already melting ice. Tara also told me that there is a charge of $1.29 x 2 for the two slices of cheese that comes on a double whopper with cheese. She was even a little rude with it, which surprised me. $15 for a double whopper with cheese meal! I can deal with that, it is the NON-pleasant attitude when I asked a question that got me.

Them incompetent people that work in there can't get any thing right. Got the family bundle and a crispy chicken sandwich combo. Will they didn't even put the chicken sandwich in the bag. The cheese burgers had no cheese and a lot of ketchup and mustard on them. If you are like me it makes me so mad that you have to walk back in the place to get what they should of put in the bag in the first place. Getting to the house with the food . The chicken was so dry you couldn't get it down with out a drink. And the fries was salty and old like they fried them at noon time . They need to close that place down. EVERYONE IN THERE IS INCOMPETENT

July 11 2024. 9pm ish..Ordered four sandwiches. Two all the way.. the two that I ordered with only three condiments was made all the way. I'm allergic to tomatoes. So I didn't get to have a burger tonight. The burgers were cold!!! Fries were hot! Their drive thru is too narrow as well.
I came to burger King about a week ago ordered a sweet tea as I was pulling around I started talking to a customer on the premises then proceeded to drive Thursday! I guess the young boy at the window needs to punish me by not bringing my tea at least 5 to 6 minutes I waited so when they finally came to the window. Yes I pulled off without getting my tea and drove to another restaurant and got it for free. Today the young boy decided to refuse my service because I didn't come around when he wanted me to. Not to mention they charged me $9 for someone else order behind me and he told me 1.08 at the window good thing I looked at my account. When the fellows are at the window it's horrible ?
