The food and atmosphere were great, always is, the only thing I have to add is, they need to expand this place, build bigger cooking areas and hire more people to work. That place has got great food at a good price, hire more cooks so you can get the food out quicker and hire more people to serve them.

Always enjoy their blizzards, and I love their little $5 bag specials.

This is a tourist trap on Fernandina Beach Florida. A small Butterfinger blizzard is $7.02. I called other dairy Queens got a small Butterfinger blizzard and a single hamburger for $7. I called corporate out of curiosity on why the price difference. Corporate said that the individual entrepreneurs could charge whatever price they wanted.

Food is almost always hot and fresh but the server today seemed awful grumpy especially when I wanted to use the reward app. I’ll probably just use the drive though from now on

The girl who took our order this evening was sweet as pie. She was training a someone who just started tonight, so management- if you know who I’m talking about.. keep her and treat her well (give her a raise). She’s the kind of person that makes you want to come back to an establishment! Also, the food is always great and the restaurant is always clean. We really like this location.
Maddie was our cashier. As a business owner I can tell you I would love to have a whole lot ofShe has such an awesome fun loving positive attitude! This girl will go places! My granddaughter wash
Used drive through to order two small dipped cones for an afternoon snack. Service was quick and our cones were perfect.
Many other Dairy Queens could learn a thing or two in regaurds to speediness from this location.

Stopped through the drive thru for dinner. Food was good, inexpensive considering what we ordered, and location was easy to find. The workers were friendly and timely. I was impressed that they made sure all the good was together before bringing it to the window. The drive thru itself is a bit tight to get into, but manageable.
The food was good but yet the people. Tonight I went there through the drive through and no one was wearing hairnets and no gloves. Some girl there was talking and scratching her hair for abt 2 minutes as flakes were falling from her head and talking to the people that were getting ready to go home and not just handing us our food.
We go here weekly. The workers are very prejudice. I am from a mixed family and never would be so rude. Especially the blonde haired young black female. Asked a simple question and she was very nasty. I interrupted her on her phone. I will not be back. Can take my money to Coldstone by my house instead of driving 45 minutes to get Dairy Queen

Ordered the 6 piece Garlic Parmesan Tenders, got them home ate a bite threw out the rest.
The sauce looked liked someone threw up and put on the tenders.
Nothing appetizing about the appearance nor the taste. If possible offer the sauce on the side so people don’t waste their $$$
Good all around. Employees were very nice and attentive.
Parking: They've been there forever. Has always been a small parking lot!
