My family and me just left McDonald's we returned our order twice and still our order was wrong. We asked for mayo only and each time they had lettuce and the last time the sandwich didn't even had mayo We asked for our fries be dropped,first two times they were cold.The second time we were given the wrong order.

So I decided to stop by McDonald's on my way home from work because I was hungry and I ordered a $5 meal deal will I get to the window and the guy says it's going to be 24 dollars and some change and I'm like whoa whoa whoa whoa and he already had my card and rang it up so it took $25 off plus I had to pay for the $5 meal and considering the fact that I only had $40 on my card it's now left me with only $10 to get me until Friday thanks to somebody who wants to make $15 an hour and I can't even do their job right and off McDonald's can say is I'm sorry it will be the last time that I ever go to this McDonald's. And all the workers have to say is my bad like why don't you verify your order before you ring my card up I have a two-year-old son and I'm supposed to make it till Friday on $10 because they can't do their job the right way I'm pissed and they should have done more than just say I'm sorry it was a simple mistake not a simple mistake when somebody has their money figured up to last them the rest of the week and you just blow that all the pieces

The food is ok depending on which shift you order it on. Check your order before you leave as they mess up alot of orders! Only a couple of employees there have good customer service. Alot of them can be rude! Ordering off the app for curbside can be a hot mess at times! They need to hire more people with great comprehension and customer service skills!

I took my grandson to the playground here. It was so filthy, we left. I don’t think it has EVER been wiped down. He was on it for just a couple minutes and hands and feet were black! I would think these would HAVE to be cleaned with bleach once a week or whatever “code” needs to say. I was super disappointed and won’t be back to play. Our kids are important & should be taken care of in a CLEAN environment.

Stopped for fresh coffee. Clerk said all they had was an old pot several hours old and could not make more until that was sold. I will never stop there again.
I can tell y'all this whoever the manager is on the night shift or whatever should find another job the absolute worst attitude I have ever dealt with!!!!!! September 22nd whoever it was at 11:25 DO BETTER!!!!! You say your short staffed it's prolly due to the fact that no one wants to work for you I get y'all close at 12 but I got off at 11 and wanted some food after a long day at work the attitude isn't something I ordered!!!!!!!!

My order was wrong 3 times!!! First time, it was missing a quarter pounder so they took back the whole bag. Second time when they gave me the bag back, it was the wrong size fries and the worker caught an attitude and slung the fries in the trash and once again took the bag. The third time they handed back the bag and it was missing the nuggets, but by then almost 40 minutes has passed and I chose to just take what was in the bag instead of letting them mess it up again. The worker with the pink hair was extremely rude about it all and it all could’ve been avoided if she’d just given me the quarter pounder that was missing from the get go. I will not be returning as it is always something wrong with this location.
