I picked up my pizza around 2:48 pm today. It was great, just came out the oven. The part that really make my day, the lady that was there was so nice, very pleasant attitude. Keep up the great work.

My pizza was suppose to be delivered between 545pm-555pm and as of 610pm it’s still not delivered. I tip well and still horrible delivery service.

Ordered pizza for the kids and got cheese sticks with it. Arrived 2 minutes after the app said it would be ready. It was being finished as I walked in which is good timing. However the cashier was talking with another customer about her nails and had me standing and waiting for nearly 10 minutes before she finally finished up and cashed me out. The cheese sticks were also burnt. This pizza hut needs better managment and employee's.

Most of the time it's ok, it isn't the quality it's supposed to be. I've seen people get old nasty reheated fries and chicken. Pizzas can sometimes come out hard as bricks.

Pizza was fresh and hot. They had a lot of customers and were still polite and efficient.
This place is usually ok.. lately service has just been down right rude.. you walk in and everyone just ignores you... one girl in the back just glared at me.. One poor lady was doing all the work while the other two where in the back with not a care in the world. I tried to take sympathy and narrow down her search when she did address me and I was snapped at. I get it she was prb stressed but come on pizza hut do better.

The food is great but the staff and environment are horrible. Every time I come in, someone has a nasty attitude. I ordered delivery through their website and decided to call the store 30 min after the estimated delivery time. The person on the phone told me that someone was there to pick it up but canceled due to pay. That they have no drivers for the day meaning a Dasher would have to pick up my food. Mind you, I ordered through the restaurant cause I am low on expenses and I know doordash drivers only get paid through tips (I am one) which I don't have right now. Although, I did try to at least give something. W2 employed drivers make more hourly than anyone driving for Doordash... They need to hire drivers so that customers, dashers, and the company don't lose out on food or money. What got me to leave a review was the nasty attitude and being instantly hung up on after I said I would need a refund because I can't pick up my food.
This isn't the first time someone from this store has had a nasty attitude. My hubby went in 2 other times to pick up food... He watched other customers get treated with such disrespect. Seems to be a common theme at this location.
Got our order wrong after we confirmed it on the phone and with the receipt as prof they refused to make another pizza unless we paid for it. I never write reviews but I had to warn people cause it's that bad.

They charged my daughters cash app card, then came to my apartment and didn't give the food as we showed proof it charged the card but they took the food back and had to wait 2 weeks or more just to get a refund and the manager on site was rude and disrespectful when I calmly explained what happened 😒 I like the food but the service sucks. I worked in customer service for over 9 years, so I have been through different situations, but she needs more training or work on her attitude, and I'm not the only one who says that

Very unprofessional on all levels of the experience, and 2 calls answered by a call center that is in another state..couldn't even talk to the store... and the last time I was in the store it was dirty and dusty,but food prep look clean... so overall Pizza hut fell far from when I work at the Sharon Hill PA stire... store and employee should be clean and professional at all times....
