Pizza was fresh and hot. They had a lot of customers and were still polite and efficient.
This place is usually ok.. lately service has just been down right rude.. you walk in and everyone just ignores you... one girl in the back just glared at me.. One poor lady was doing all the work while the other two where in the back with not a care in the world. I tried to take sympathy and narrow down her search when she did address me and I was snapped at. I get it she was prb stressed but come on pizza hut do better.

The food is great but the staff and environment are horrible. Every time I come in, someone has a nasty attitude. I ordered delivery through their website and decided to call the store 30 min after the estimated delivery time. The person on the phone told me that someone was there to pick it up but canceled due to pay. That they have no drivers for the day meaning a Dasher would have to pick up my food. Mind you, I ordered through the restaurant cause I am low on expenses and I know doordash drivers only get paid through tips (I am one) which I don't have right now. Although, I did try to at least give something. W2 employed drivers make more hourly than anyone driving for Doordash... They need to hire drivers so that customers, dashers, and the company don't lose out on food or money. What got me to leave a review was the nasty attitude and being instantly hung up on after I said I would need a refund because I can't pick up my food.
This isn't the first time someone from this store has had a nasty attitude. My hubby went in 2 other times to pick up food... He watched other customers get treated with such disrespect. Seems to be a common theme at this location.

Got our order wrong after we confirmed it on the phone and with the receipt as prof they refused to make another pizza unless we paid for it. I never write reviews but I had to warn people cause it's that bad.

They charged my daughters cash app card, then came to my apartment and didn't give the food as we showed proof it charged the card but they took the food back and had to wait 2 weeks or more just to get a refund and the manager on site was rude and disrespectful when I calmly explained what happened 😒 I like the food but the service sucks. I worked in customer service for over 9 years, so I have been through different situations, but she needs more training or work on her attitude, and I'm not the only one who says that

Very unprofessional on all levels of the experience, and 2 calls answered by a call center that is in another state..couldn't even talk to the store... and the last time I was in the store it was dirty and dusty,but food prep look clean... so overall Pizza hut fell far from when I work at the Sharon Hill PA stire... store and employee should be clean and professional at all times....

Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and it was dry and burnt. Very disappointing after a long day. I called the local number to tell them about it, but reached their call center and was told I had to go back with the order. I DEFINITELY won't be ordering from this location again.

Ordered garlic parmesan wings and when I arrived for pick up I was told the wrong sauce was put on my wings and they were making the order again. After waiting I finally received my order which had maybe one teaspoon of sauce. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

We ordered the Tavern Pizza. Paid extra for extra sauce and cheese -- not only did they NOT add extra cheese and sauce, but there was also hardly any cheese or sauce on the pizza! The crust was lousy. The toppings of pepperoni and sausage were almost non-existent. When I called the restaurant, the manager did not want to take responsibility. We used to be able to get a decent pizza from this Pizza Hut, but the last several times we've ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut, the pizza has been terrible. This is the last time.
