I should have never ordered i knew better but I had a coupon so I ordered online husband went to pick it up when it said ready pulled in the parking lot to find the place closed!! Seriously... I will be going in the store on the morning to handle the situation

I placed an online order and when I went go pick it up the one worker on staff claims he never had the order come through. I showed him the order (yes, it was for the correct location) so he began making it but then I asked him if I was going to have to pay for it again since I already paid on the app and it had already charged my card and he said yes since he never received it. I started asking question on why I had to pay again for subs that I never received and he just kept saying “I don’t know I’m new” over and over again. I left with no resolution and no food because I was not spending $40 on two subs. I called the number my bank gave me to get this issue resolved but it’s just a number for franchisees so then I sent an inquiry through the website and still have not heard anything back. All I want is a refund for the food I NEVER got.

Food is terrible, owner is terrible. Bread is hard, food is never warm when asked, toaster doesn’t work I’m assuming. Drink machine doesn’t work, ice machine doesn’t work: this place needs to be shutdown immediately.

Stopped in on our way thru town. Wish we would have gone a little further down the road to DQ, that’s where we originally wanted to go but we thought we past it and stopped at Subway.
When they told me their fountain drink machine was out of ice and they didn’t have any ice I should have left. They however had ice and filled the machine. I tasted my Dr Pepper when I started to fill my cup and it tasted okay. However once I filled the cup and we started down the road the drink was awful. Neither one of us could drink it. Now the inside of my mouth is really sore. Don’t know if it’s from the DR Pepper or the cookies that were hard as rocks.
Ordered a sub for my husband the bread was either stale or over toasted,Im going to go with stale didn’t look like it was toasted very little meat and lettuce. That’s all I ordered.
I wasn’t all that hungry so I just ate the cookies or should I say the tasteless rocks. Our opinion of Subway is going lower and lower their prices have increased, the meat and ingredients have decreased and so has the quality.

Subway folkston. Look how thin..my sandwich was put together as a mess! Sloppy! Meat and veggies hanging out. Hardly any lettuce..So I guess we will take them off our list. We are regular customers..Mgr explained since last meeting they are to cut back on meats!! So we will cut back our business...very thin sandwich today and we ordered Xtra salami. Hubby said the sandwich maker was not focusing. He had to explain cucumber to him four times, he had to stop him from reaching for other veges. I guess he didn't know what a cucumber was ?♀️ staff all chit chatting.

ZERO STARS. This Subway is the worst I've been to. It has declined over the past several years. Not only is the food less than mediocre, the staff seem like they are only there for a paycheck. Stale bread, messy sandwiches, CROSS CONTAMINATION. Never going to this establishment again.

Life a Little Differently
Good food, good service, good cleanliness. I noticed other reviews mentioned changing gloves. When I was there today, they changed gloves a lot - more than any other Subway I've been to. The bathroom was clean, too.
Dietary restrictions: They were good about making a sandwich without bread so I could use my own gluten free bread. They used new gloves each time they came back to my food.

Welcome to the subway that made me never eat at subway again, this subway is so bad I’ll never come back to folkston. Took 30 minutes to make my sandwich, there’s 2 people on the clock and only one working, after the other guys siesta he decided to come out and do his job. Using gloves he touched the cash register with he decided to use those same gloves to touch my food, unbelievable. If I could give 0 stars I would, what a catastrophe.
