Welcome to the subway that made me never eat at subway again, this subway is so bad I’ll never come back to folkston. Took 30 minutes to make my sandwich, there’s 2 people on the clock and only one working, after the other guys siesta he decided to come out and do his job. Using gloves he touched the cash register with he decided to use those same gloves to touch my food, unbelievable. If I could give 0 stars I would, what a catastrophe.

This place is crazy. I ordered online at 7pm for two sandwiches and got there at 7:15pm waiting inside for them to make my sandwiches and they started making sandwiches for people who came in AFTER me and didn't get my sandwiches till almost 9pm like how is that even okay. I would rate this a 0 but sadly can't.

ZERO STARS. This Subway is the worst I've been to. It has declined over the past several years. Not only is the food less than mediocre, the staff seem like they are only there for a paycheck. Stale bread, messy sandwiches, CROSS CONTAMINATION. Never going to this establishment again.

It's a subway. They're ok at what they do, but the service is often slow. They ran out of roast beef just before they started making my sub. A huge whale in front of me kept telling them to pile it on. And again because of the heifer in front of me they ran out of mustard. How a sandwich shop runs out of mustard is beyond my ability to comprehend.

I was in this place today for lunch 11-7-23 and was in line waiting for 20 minutes and when it was my turn for the woman to make my sandwiches I asked if they take coupons and she said yes . So I told her the two subs I wanted. I had to repeat what subs I wanted cause she was to busy worried about her phone. When she finally made her way back to make the subs I had to tell her again. When she was putting vegetables on the subs she asked are you paying cash or card. I told her I had a coupon and she said I can't take it cause it will not take it . So I walked out cause she lied about the coupon. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

The food was ok. There was alot of Mayo on my sandwich which made it a little runny. My wife liked her club. The service was a little slow for a subway at lunch. Their drink machine was down. No ice but they said the carbonated drinks were fine. The carbonated drinks were flat. Something was wrong with the machine. Hopefully they get the machine fixed soon. It’s kinda rough eating with no drink to wash it down. They only had a few bottled drinks left so i had to go across the street for a drink.
