This was the perfect first meal of our vacation. Our fried catfish was the bomb as were the hush puppies and fries. Whoever was manning the fryer was on their A game. The sweet tea and lemonade were also great. The staff were helpful and very quick (for getting freshly fried fish). We absolutely want to stop here again next time we are traveling to try their chicken livers, okra, and all the other yummy looking menu items.

Traveling through the area and found this restaurant. Big portions! Fries could’ve used a little more seasoning/salt but the chicken and sweet tea was DELICIOUS! Fast and friendly service and clean inside. Highly recommend!

Ordered 2 piece chicken meals in window order drive thru and was made to circle the restaurant and get back in a long line to pick it up. No specialty order just chicken. Took me 30-40 min. to get chicken at a chicken restaurant.

Walked in to employees on their phones/smart watches. I noticed that one of the young employees had a few friends in the lobby which took away from customer service. I ordered my food and the lady was pleasant. It took a bit to get my food and one would think it’s a result of employees distracted on their devices/visitors. The macaroni and cheese was bland, but the onion rings and fried chicken were decent. When I asked for a refill/more ice in my drink she filled my cup with ice and over estimated so she dumped some of my drink/ice out back into the ice holder . I was mortified because how many other times has she or others done that. My germs are now on the ice that will be placed in someone else’s drink. I don’t know that I will visit this Big Chic again.

Nice lil place to get a quick bite. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Tenders were fat and hot. Fries could of stayed in the fryer a little longer. It was pretty great. Inside the restaurant could use a makeover it was a bit dated and seating was a little weird. I would definitely go back.
Picked up at driver-thru. 12 PC chicken with fries and a large slaw! Only in line for about 10 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Love Big Chic chicken!!!

I don't know what is going on with this place but I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins at 715 and they were just walking around not doing anything. Now today same thing. Food is usually good but service is TERRIBLE LATELY
