This was the perfect first meal of our vacation. Our fried catfish was the bomb as were the hush puppies and fries. Whoever was manning the fryer was on their A game. The sweet tea and lemonade were also great. The staff were helpful and very quick (for getting freshly fried fish). We absolutely want to stop here again next time we are traveling to try their chicken livers, okra, and all the other yummy looking menu items.
Traveling through the area and found this restaurant. Big portions! Fries could’ve used a little more seasoning/salt but the chicken and sweet tea was DELICIOUS! Fast and friendly service and clean inside. Highly recommend!
Walked in to employees on their phones/smart watches. I noticed that one of the young employees had a few friends in the lobby which took away from customer service. I ordered my food and the lady was pleasant. It took a bit to get my food and one would think it’s a result of employees distracted on their devices/visitors.
