It was early morning. I was driving from Wisconsin to Florida. I had a dog and cat in the car.
I got off the interstate to get gas. Pulled into the first one. Filled up. Then realized there is no quickie mart for coffee or restroom.
Pulled out of the gas station into the next driveway which was Burger King. Alex the host. Was very gracious and pleasant.
In my caffeine deprived state with 2 animals in the car. I had to have him repeat the questions. Granted their not difficult. But I really appreciated his good humor!

Burger King y'all might as well just take chicken off the menu if you're going to serve people stuff like this. The royal crispy I just got was like trying to chew a rubber glove. I have no idea how or why the chicken would even have a texture like that, but, like a rubber glove, it was entirely inedible. This has happened more that once.

Had to give 2 different codes to make use of my rewards. Order correct on Screen but when I receive my order the coupon item was not in the bag or on the receipt. Both times the code was given the app said they'd received the coupon it. They did however once I went inside give me the missing item.

Staff did not know menu. Waited over 10 min. for food as take out. Out of Mayo. Only 1 person making food, 1 taking drive through orders, 1 taking walk in orders and 1 trying to help direct/assist. Person prepping food had lots of questions about orders...Drive through person did have positive attitude, but not the other resources to keep things moving.
