Made me pull up to the door and then gave my food to the next car behind me. Made me wait 20 minutes to remake it because of “technical difficulties”. Eventually, I just gave up and demanded my money back. Food finished while they processed my refund and no offer was made to just give it to me. Really annoying delay on my road trip.

It is supposed to be a fast food place, but when you sit in the drive-through with one other car and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to receive your order after placing it, that becomes an issue. I made it to the ordering kiosk, and it took five minutes for me to receive any care. When somebody did finally pick up, they sounded like they’ve been playing around with their friends back in the kitchen. She was giggling and laughing, she also extremely rushed my ordering process. She was talking as fast as she could, and was not speaking clearly whatsoever. This place is turning into the McDonald’s right across the street. They have the same issues; hiring lazy and immature workers

Main manager Maurice is cocky, some staff are rude, and the store is disgusting. Sometimes burgers that are out for hours will be used. I brought food home once and got sick off of it.

I am from out of state. The workers didn't let me know the original chicken sandwiches didn't come w regular buns I got a whopper bun for my long sandwich that wasn't even long, it was half the size. I left my phone in the car. Lettuce had to be removed because it was brown. Got 5 mozzarella sticks instead of the 8 I ordered. Very disappointed.

The wait at the drive thru was long. Especially considering there was no one in line. Cars began to pile up behind me causing an uncomfortable situation. The good news is the Burger was hot, fresh and good. It was my first time at this location, so I will give it another chance.

At first was going to say two stars because i stop for breakfast and to work on the computer, and there are no outlets. Upgraded to 4 because food is hot and some of the best BK in the country (Traveled all over many times). Food hot, breakfast burritos were rolled neatly.
