Sat at the drive through for over 10 minutes. Took one cars order in that time and then we pulled up only to sit there without being greeted or acknowledged. Had to say hello at least twice only to be greeted with "we are short handed hold on". Needless to say, we decided to go elsewhere. Do better burger King.

BACON KING!!! I asked for the sausage and egg croissant WITHOUT cheese!!! How lazy can you get! Update 3/22/24 three people running a fast food restaurant is insulting to the customers. Whoever owns this franchise should have it stripped. People are walking out because there aren't any workers to take and make orders.

Went on Sunday, March 3rd around noon. Couldn't even get food. They had issues with their system and got an attitude with us and blamed us. Called and the first time someone answered and immediately hung up. Called a second time and talked to the manager and he was a total jerk with an attitude. He even hung up on me for standing up for myself

Isaiah did great at the window but the manager that talks on her phone loud enough for the people she is talking about to hear in the drive thru window is gross and unprofessional. probably shouldn't expect professional managers at burger king I guess.

Online order, when I got to drive through I had to pull to the side and wait once I got home the mozzarella sticks were over fried you could not eat them!! the BK wrap looked like they took one chicken tender and cut it in half with all that tortilla wrap ,sauce and lettuce. Fries were cold without salt ice cream cup was the only decent thing and cheapest. No desire to return!!!

It is BK - flame broiled and all that stuff. If atmosphere is what you are looking, wrong place.
Service was friendly but the hash browns were awful. I only ordered a large hash browns that’s it. They tasted as if they had been sitting and they just dropped them again to make them seem fresh. Half the hash browns were crisp and had no potato inside. Once again I ONLY ordered a medium hash brown.

Food not fresh and long wait at drive thru line. Had to pull forward and the appearance and temperature of the food was off. Waiting for warm, not hot food to be delivered to your car! No straws, napkins and where’s the receipts that go on the outside of the bag so that the guy doesn’t have to be looking down in your bag to figure out what’s in it and who it belongs too. Talk about Management is nonexistent at this location. What type of training is that? Won’t be returning, so sad.
