I went to throughout drive thru at the restaurant on 11/6 around 12:30. The young "man" in the drive thru scanned my card 3 times for the same purchase I had for $20.38.
I tried to call the location but the number on the website is apparently a cellphone which doesn't have its voicemail set up.
I've notified my bank of the fraud.

I ordered my 4 piece fish spicy and it was burnt to a crisp and macaroni and cheese was dry and the broccoli looked like it was a week old. I will never come back. It used to be like that but lately the food is terrible.

Before posting my review, I read the previous ones just to make sure, I wasnt the only .but yeah they confirmed my experience. the drive through lady was rude from ordering to paying and finally she handed me the food side ways. it was cold, and just messy.

They were cussing loudly and couldn't get the kids at another table a side of pickles or lemons cause "they're out". Riiiight. Anyways, very poor nasty attitudes all around. Sad.

Very very slow. I waited in drive-thru over 30 minutes. 2 cars drove off in front of me then when I get to the window they got my order wrong so I had to wait even longer. Wouldn’t recommend at all
The people are on their phone and not working don't care about the company or the people this place has really went down Hill needs new people and managers

When did the portions shrink to ridiculous sizes? The chicken fish combo over $11.00 dollars?😬 and you get little pieces. I will not. Went to Lobster Fest meals only $5.99 at Cap'n D's right now but make sure you're not real hungry because that container isnt anywhere near a proper portion for a grown person😡. Cook your own fish.

We love Captain D's but this one was kinda awful. There were three of us and it took about 30 minutes to get our food (only one other couple inside.) Salmon had been cooked so long ago (hours or days) that it was more like salmon jerky. The dining room/bathrooms were filthy. A worker left an unlabeled bucket of bleach unattended in the lobby for awhile (big OSHA violation.) At least it was cheap eats, right? $70 for three people. (with some leftovers, enough for a kid's lunch.) Outrageous.
