Boy Wonder

Ordered a 3 piece fish that was the worst I have ever tasted. Didn't taste like fish at all more like flavorless rubbery chicken. Needless to say say I'll never visit again

So where to begin I felt bad for the boy working it seems he was doing it all himself. Cook, counter and drive thru. So when in drive thru 30 + mins. But I don’t know what was going on with the food, ordered the ultimate platter no fish 2 crabs, and 2 types of shrimp, then the supreme platter no fish 2 crab 2 chicken and shrimp. Would like to have known if they were out of fish. Reason we even went there. Since when do you just decide to put whatever you want into an order? Not give the customer what they ordered. Now $42 later my husband has been sick to his stomach and heartburn from hell.

Went for dinner to this location. I had an order for 4 people and after I asked for my first item the rude girl asked if I was done lol. I then asked for more items. The cashier grew more aggravated with the other items I ordered, sighing and acting like your typical captain D’s employee and as much as I hate bad customer service there’s more. We received our food. The shrimp was old and discolored breading where it sat for so long. The corn was old and had a terrible taste. The fish was not hot and taste wet dirt smells. Just a horrible experience with a horrible staff on hand. As much as this joke of a seafood restaurant cost, take your family somewhere nice that somewhat cares about their job and customers. This place needs to be shut down!!!

You can wait in line or in the drive thru, either way it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait, still won’t be fresh when it gets to you, and will be served with max apathy.

I always love Captian Ds no matter where they are. This is not my usual CD. But, they all seem to hire the nicest people. I did get a drink mix up, and I received tea, which i detested, instead of my DP. No biggie, the young lady gladly rectified the problem, and we had a laugh about my reaction to tasting the tea. 🤢

Closed on Sunday because one employee called in sick. Looks like they need new management. Or just some management in general.

Ice machine was empty, no lemons, tables were not clean and drink order was incorrect. Asked for 2 small cups for water and was charges for 2 small ice teas. Had to wait for a server to finish taking an order thru drive thru and counter before getting ice. At least food was served hot but by the time we ran around taking care of table and getting ice and
tartar sauce food was getting cold. This is the first time we have had slow service since eating there.

The food was over cooked not fit to eat at all.. chicken was so hard that the dogs wouldn’t even eat it!! The only thing that was good was the Mountain Dew!! Definitely will not be going back!! 35 dollars went in the trash!! Not to mention the girl at the window had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there!!

A quick drive thru stop at 6pm on a Sunday, 3 kids shrimp meals, a 3 piece classic fish meal and a shrimp and lobster bites basket. What could go wrong? Set them all in the passenger seat and made the 10 minute drive home. Open everything up and guess what? NO Hush puppies!!! Now I got upset family members. That's not all, kids shrimp was tough as rubber, each had about 12 French fries that obviously were cooked in bulk hours before. 3 piece fish was dry and chewed like cardboard. Lobster bites were also over cooked and dry. Got one kids meal with broccoli instead of fries and it turned out to be a spoon full of cut up stalks. But I must say, the kids Pepsi was cold and it's the one thing they did consume all of. That's about it, will not drive thru order from here again. Did not enjoy tossing $38.00 of food into the trashcan. I must say, they all enjoyed the blueberry pancakes I had to make because of Captain D's letdown.

They need help. The young lady at the front had to do drive through and front counter. That's not fair 😕. A manager should have came in if someone called out! I'm disappointed 😞
