This has to be the slowest drive-thru on the planet. I pulled up with two car in front of me. Those two cars placed orders and pulled around in about 5 minutes. I stopped at the drive-thru speaker and was told that they would be with me shortly. I sat there for at least 10 minutes before they came back on the speaker and advised me that they would be with me in a moment. Three cars behind me had already pulled off. Another 10 minutes passes before they finally take my order. I asked for two pieces of fish and it was over $7. This place is a joke. I will never eat here again.

This place has definitely gone through some management changes. Customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant have suffered because of it.

The worst I’ve ever seen it. Bathroom disgusting with no soap. No condiments available at self serv table. Tea was sour fish was the size of a frozen fish stick they were out of Mac n cheese…I could go on but will not be back and the employees seem to be lazy.

Worst plate I've ever gotten. Been coming here 20 years. The potatoes is burnt hard as a rock corn is over cooked and there so much seasoning dumped on rice I can't eat without choking. I ordered shrimp got fish and shrimp.
I went to throughout drive thru at the restaurant on 11/6 around 12:30. The young "man" in the drive thru scanned my card 3 times for the same purchase I had for $20.38.
I tried to call the location but the number on the website is apparently a cellphone which doesn't have its voicemail set up.
I've notified my bank of the fraud.

I ordered my 4 piece fish spicy and it was burnt to a crisp and macaroni and cheese was dry and the broccoli looked like it was a week old. I will never come back. It used to be like that but lately the food is terrible.

Food was ok but the people working the front definitely hate their jobs and people in general so idk why they're working there. They were cussing loudly and couldn't get the kids at another table a side of pickles or lemons cause "they're out". Riiiight. Anyways, very poor nasty attitudes all around. Sad.
