By far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve have ever gone to. I ordered two bowls of chicken soup, chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a couple of sweet treats. When I pulled up, they couldn’t make the sweet treats which they gave me a card to come back and get one at another day, they never replaced my drinks that they said that they were going to replace. Just handed me my bag and said have a great day. When I got home, the soup was so messy coming down the side of the bowls that it went through the bottom of the bag, and when I went to pick up the bag, it fell apart all in the front of my car!! Not to mention all over my purse! Which is not a cheap purse! Oh, and they forgot to give me all the sauces I asked for. Not sure if you’ve ever had your food ruined, but it does not make you happy whenever you’ve paid premium for drive-thru food. This place is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand.

I can’t understand what the issue is with this location about the cup of ice. It went from we don’t do cups of ice anymore to only one cup of ice medium per car. It’s only this location. If I’m already spending $50 plus dollars. Just charge for it. Sheesh!
Chick-fil-A as a whole, hands down our favorite fast food restaurant. Who doesn’t love Chick-fil-A? We eat there at least once a week. But this Forsyth location is by far the worst. We have given it a try around 4 times, when we come through to visit family. Every single time has been a let down on the food. We always hit the drive through and start eating immediately in the car. The sandwiches are always cold! The fries-hard and cold! Why?? The lettuce is rotten and slimy. Why are you guys trying to kill me? lol but for real, unacceptable! My kale salad tasted like someone put soured, bitter cleaner on it. I’m not sure what is going on here, but please figure it out!

This is the FIRST time I've ever given less than 5 stars to any Chick-fil-A I've visited since reviews could be left on Google. Sad to say, but not only were the waffle fries so hard I could barely eat them, and cold enough to think they were from the day before, but the sandwich was way below Chick-fil-A standards. Lesson learned: Don't go to this one in Forsyth if it's after lunch time (my wife and I were there at 2:30 PM)....
