They had a weird rule in the drive thru where I had to constantly drive forward while making my order. It was distracting and left both myself and the young man taking orders confused. There’s no reason to make customers move their vehicles in the middle of their order. You created a system that causes backups and gaps in the drive thru. Deal with it in a way that doesn’t involve making ordering more difficult.

We love our chick-fil-A, but this was one of the better ones.
The location is super clean and the service is FAST and super friendly! I had a large mobile and they were able to get it out quickly and accurately! My only complaint is that the fries weren't very full.
