Certainly do NOT want to hear church music at lunch. This place offends me.

I love the fact they place Christian music! I’m always welcomed with a smile, but the biggest one is from Caroline! Her joy is contagious and she’s very welcoming!

If I could I would be giving them less than one star I have been to no less than 100 Dairy Queens in the United States and I always order a hot fudge sundae with hot fudge on the side and they refused to give me that order. The barely legal child behind the register said they weren’t allowed to make it. It makes absolutely zero sense considering I am 48 years old and have been ordering my hot fudge sundaes this way for over 30 years.

Have been coming here for years and never had any issues. Ordered in the app on the way back from soccer match and arrived 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready. Asked at counter and they don't have the order. I double check the app and the email and confirm I ordered from the right store and it went through. Lady by the grill tells me they can't make the order until it shows up in their system. I wait 20 minutes and still nothing. They didn't offer to do anything about it so I left and went to CFA. Got an email the next morning that the store never processed the order so luckily I wasn't charged for the order.

Really great customer service and seemed to be spiritually based

My family and I frequent this location on a regular basis but today we were overcharged by an inexperienced cashier. Accidents happen; so when I went back to the counter to get my order fixed, I was met with the same rude cashier denying the issue. After explaining and re-explaining what happened, she eventually threw me $10 cash (the overcharge amount was more than that + I paid with a card) and made the interaction awkward and embarrassing. Do not go here! These people do not care about your business.

Our Senior Adult group likes to take day trips to an interesting place. We always end the trip with a visit to Dairy Queen. Most of us buy the mini or small blizzard.

$5.29 for the smallest bbq sandwich you can imagine

My experience at dairy Queen was one of the best experiences of my life; and that's saying something cause I once had to skydive out of a plane. Anyway I loved the service there the tiny 4 foot girl taking my order was so kind and genius. I will definitely be going again.
