This weshop has the worst service and I usually buy small frozen coffee which always has a different price, so I end up feeling cheated. There is a calculator at the bottom of window to tell customers amount works but they never put the amount my order is. I wish you had competition bcuz I would love to try somewhere else that's honest and caring.

I asked for an iced coffee, decaf specifically. It was very bitter and did not taste like pumpkin. The workers are always kind, but the speed of service is slow and consistency in drinks are never the same. The drinks are way too sweet or way too bitter. It’s always a 50/50 in taste.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get the wrong drink. When I told them it was wrong, they told me it was right. It's completely not what I ordered or waited 30 minutes for. If I could give 0 stars for today I would. Do not go here if you're in a rush and don't expect your drink to be correct.

Went to this location today and an employee by the name of Bre had a disrespectful attitude that was deplorable beyond what u can imagine yet gave me the wrong order with I tried to correct the order. She started to get aggressive, saying her manager said she don't have to deal with all of this my words was lilke oh ok, I then didn't feel comfortable her her handling my food so I requested a refund she refuse to give my my funds after I asked 8 times then slam the window and said don't come back..

This Dunkin was busy when I stopped by to grab a hot latte to start my day. However, I happen to grab the wrong order at pickup. When I went back to inform them of this mishap, Adrian went above and beyond to fix it with no issue. I appreciate her customer service skills. Dunkin needs more people like her😊

This is a great store. Everybody loves Dunkin’ Donuts. Or Dunkin’ as they call it now. The crew at the Store the team. Are really good. I go by there on my way south on 75 to get an iced coffee and a snack. And just happen to be the place where I was when I was getting tired once. But after getting such a great interaction with the team, I’ll go there again every time. It’s my go to stop now. The access often on the highway is fairly easy. Quick parking, clean store all those things. And of course great coffee and great food. Highly recommended. Above average team at this location.
