We stopped at this Dunkin’ while traveling and pulled up to the drive-thru. No one answered at the speaker, so we went to the window. An employee was standing there on her phone and completely ignored us ,no acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing.
Whether you’re open or closed, it is the bare minimum to acknowledge customers. Ignoring people who are clearly waiting for service is rude, unprofessional, and shows zero pride in your job or respect for customers.
This location clearly has a serious management and customer service problem. I will not be returning.Dunkin’ used to be able to compete with places like Starbucks, Coffee Bros, and 7th Brew. After this experience, it’s clear they’ve completely hit rock bottom.

Very cute place. I ordered a bacon sandwich which was slightly burnt. I can live with that- but 1 piece of bacon? Same on hubbys sandwich- which was sad because he ordered sausage. Coffee was perfect.

This is the one of best Dunkin Store I went to. The people that work her the Middle age woman and the black woman (Sorry dont know their names) are really awesome.
They are so welcoming, they make our drinks right and the store is clean.
They definetly deserved a raise! Pls WHO-ever own this store don’t lose this good workers!
Every Dunkin in Macon & WR been awful even the new one in Bass RD.
So it’s really nice to go to the one that always make your drink right ❤️❤️❤️

Donuts were great, with a nice variety from which to choose a dozen. Employees were friendly. Enjoyable break in ourbusy day.

How can a Dunkin Donuts NOT have donuts? They had only 7 varieties and none of them had any filling whatsoever. The two we got, chocolate glazed, were not done enough and had to be discarded. Not a single employee was at all friendly or courteous. Just skip this one, not worth the stop at all.

They gave the wrong drink. When I turned to tell them they had walked away. I ordered a medium brown sugar shaken espresso latte. They gave me a small pumpkin spice latte.

This weshop has the worst service and I usually buy small frozen coffee which always has a different price, so I end up feeling cheated. There is a calculator at the bottom of window to tell customers amount works but they never put the amount my order is. I wish you had competition bcuz I would love to try somewhere else that's honest and caring.

I asked for an iced coffee, decaf specifically. It was very bitter and did not taste like pumpkin. The workers are always kind, but the speed of service is slow and consistency in drinks are never the same. The drinks are way too sweet or way too bitter. It’s always a 50/50 in taste.
