this place is absolutely terrible! the workers have been rude for years. they surely don’t know how to pick people with decent customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend

I walked into this store to get a dragon fruit and strawberry green tea refresher with no ice and when I got my cup it was not to my satisfaction in any way, the toast was watery and the color was salmon. Despite my drink the service here was horrible I had to wait 5 minutes before I was even seen at the counter, and when I was finally seen the lady was rude. If I could rate this place a zero I would.

Ordered on the mobile app. Made an order for a half dozen doughnuts in which they didn’t have enough coffee rolls to fulfill my order. Didn’t try to adjust the price of my order for the substitutions though they’re different prices, and then piled all of my doughnuts in a paper bag.

Stopped in here for a quick donut and coffee for breakfast while traveling. The ladies working in here were super nice and treated customers great. Donuts and coffee were what one would expect from Dunkin. Tasted good and freshly made. 100% satisfied here!

If this is less ice, I’m Santa. Everytime I ask for less ice at this location, the request is ignored and they put a ton of ice. It’s a rip off.
