Stood and waited with about 8 other customers for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged people waiting. One worker finally yelled in the back to another one (on break?) that she had customers waiting. None of staff were very friendly. Food was usual Hardees...better than McDonalds or Burger King but service not good.

I realize that everytime I come here I notice that I wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 to 30 minutes. This morning I got in line at 10:18 and I am still in line and it is 10:47. I am highly disappointed in the customer service because I ordered my food through the app almost an hour ago! The company needs to start taking orders like Chick Fil A and have people outside taking orders and bringing out the food. This is ridiculous!

The lady with piercings on her face and the short hair cut is one of the worst enployee’s I’ve ever witnessed. Rude, ignorant, and disrespectful.
They took 35 minutes to take our order and get us our food in the drive through. Then the food was cold and tasted terrible.

Extremely long wait in drive thru (over 15 minutes). Only 1 car in front of us. Eventually the cars behind left the line. After waiting all this time our food was room temperature.

March 02, 2025. I don't like giving 2 star ratings but needed to here. we drove 5 hours & pulled in at Noon. We are the only 2 people inside. A few drive thru cars. I immediately could tell staff not happy. Food came cold . No catsup for French Fries. Garbage over flowing . Men's restroom not clean & garbage full. We like other Hardies that is why we stopped here.
