While picking up a mobile order I got a notification that my order was ready so I went in and waited and waited finally after standing there 15 to 20 minutes hearing them tell the cooks to fix stuff for my order. That's just one one example out of many so yes they get very little ⭐

if i could rate a 0 i would. today i redeemed my rewards for a burger. when i got to the restaurant they took forever to even acknowledge i was there and then when i got my food and got to where i could check it, there was no patty on my bun just cheese, meat, ketchup and pickles. when i went back to get a remake the workers took a long time to come to the front counter and then when i told them what happened the girl kinda rolled her eyes and walked to the back. she did ask for a remake but when she did the grill workers laughed. all together i was very dissatisfied with service today.

Women's bathroom sink doesn't work. Not a drop of hand sanitizer to be found. Every dispenser (5) was empty and the cashier said they're out. Incidentally, a contractor arrived while we were waiting on our food with a service call to replace the drive thru window. Priorities, you know.

I would not recommend eating here. We stopped to use the restroom. The tables are dirty with leftover food on them. The bathrooms were filthy, as in haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The staff’s clothes were dirty.
