Ordered big mac with fries and a choc shake, got only fries and bigmac, the staff didnt even say anything about it, had to go ask for it for them to say the machine doesnt work, not even sorry, no money back, had to ask for a normal drink cup myself.

1st the only good. The staff were friendly. The only reason for 4 stars was they forgot my sons happy meal and we were the only ones there.
Now the bad, as far as this particular location. The inside of the restaurant smelled like cat poop. All of the hand sanitizer stations were empty. The men's restroom was dirty, among the half dozen paper towels on the floor, there was a bloody one.
As far as my meal, I tried the new chicken Big Mac, while it tasted good the patties were pathetically thin.

It took them forwver to take our order then when we came to a window and there was a lady with red hair and she was white and she cocked an attitude with us then we went back a few days later and the girl was trying to make jokes

10/19 order: drive thru was friendly and order was pleasant.
Drive-thru order takers may come off as rude unintentionally. And even when there are few or no cars you may encounter slow or delayed service and having to pull into a spot to wait for fries, but they compensate with politeness at the second window. If they make a mistake with your order, they're likely to fix it without issue.
Parking: The street entrance and front parking is crowded but there's space around the other side of the building.
