Ordered on the app. People were friendly and service was fast . Only issue I had was I got about 30 minutes down the road before I discovered part of my order was missing and they didn't give me a receipt

10/19 order: drive thru was friendly and order was pleasant.
Drive-thru order takers may come off as rude unintentionally. And even when there are few or no cars you may encounter slow or delayed service and having to pull into a spot to wait for fries, but they compensate with politeness at the second window. If they make a mistake with your order, they're likely to fix it without issue.

I brought my two small kids here to kill time while my husband handled a blown tire. The staff was so friendly and professional and even gave them free ice cream coupons. When I told them what happened, they told me the kids could play games in their activity center while we finished waiting. They were so helpful and kind! Thank you!
