Papa Johns Pizza

They waited an hour after to tell us at pick up they had no pepperoni (because their truck hasn't came in yet ). I was still charged $57.69, and no one at the store or the 1-877-547-7272 could explain this to me . Why was I charged for pepperoni on all the pizza's we order ,but I get there they have no pepperoni. They could of been respectful enough to tell me that before the order was placed . I've called to have this matter looked into respectfully I wouldn't ever recommend this Papa John's location too anyone !!!! Poor customer service, and they don't care when they don't have something. They still charge you for it and don't tell you about it . Horrible experience. I will work the chain of command on this issue l.

I had to go get my own pizza. They take delivery orders, but have no drivers. Didn't give me any sauce.

One of the worst Papa Johns I have ever been Two in my whole entire life, my whole order was wrong order New York style pizza I got two thin crust dry barely any sauce. Completely different pizza It was supposed to come with extra cheese and pepperoni, but I didn’t get any of that. My wings were supposed to come with dipping sauce didn’t receive anything. And I asked for them well done basically raw looking into a lawyer I’m a hard-working truck driver and this is unacceptable especially for the amount that they charge me I do not recommend this restaurant. Please go to Pizza Hut.

This place was awesome. I wanted to put an order in for an hour later and they done it with no problems and it was ready right on time! Pizza was delicious and the staff was nice and helpful!!!

I am so disappointed as an ex employee of this exact location. First off the food made me and my fiance sick. Secondly our food was completely wrong. I mean how on earth do you mistake a stuffed crust with a thin crust. You literally have to slap the dough out. If the old assistant General manager were still working there we would have been made to remake the pizza had we messed up this badly on a pizza. Yet all of a sudden if it's a Doordash order nothing can be done to correct the situation... do yourselves a favor, save money, and get better quality pizza and just go to any of the other pizza places in forsyth. Better yet go to the papa johns in locust Grove.

Order from a place somewhere outside of the country. Wait 1 hour for something that is suppose to be 30 minutes. Never showed. Called number and finally got transfer to actual store to somebody saying hello laughing and hung up.

This was take out to a motel room. But great thin crispy crust with selected veggies and meats made it a perfect choice. Will look for a store near home.

Came in to order and waited at the counter for someone to approach me and no one did. Waited for a few minutes and no one would respond. The person in the store was on her phone and never looked up. This is the worst papa John’s I have ever been to and will never return and will discourage anyone from eating here.
