Papa Johns Pizza

I have been disappointed the last few times I’ve ordered. It used to be good here but lately the pizzas have been practically cheese less with super thin sauce. So disappointing.

Ordered 3 large toppings pizzas. Pizzas appeared to be medium in size. Very little toppings and one pizza was uncut. I had to ask for the pizza sauce ordered. Overall just not good.

The fried food was overcooked but other than that pretty decent food for a buffet. There is a wide variety and lots to choose from. Staff was nice and prompt.

Ordered half supreme and half meat. Spent 28 dollars and instead got part of the meats on half and half all cheese
I've spent over 100 dollars today alone to try and eat and once again money is waisted. So I sit sick as hell at 930 with nothing to eat

If you are out of gluten free pizza it would be a good idea to call and let me know as soon as you see the order come through instead of waiting until the other pizza I ordered has been picked up for delivery. I could have ordered some wings or something else for my son to eat.

Ordered pizza and never was delivered called many times spoke with person and she said that the pizza was ready but didn’t have a driver to deliver

2 hours later never received the pizza called agin and had to cancel

Pissed 7 folks waiting and had to go to bed hungry

Worst service and will never order from them again

Sign has been up that says be back in 5 minutes. I’ve been waiting about 20 minutes.

I am from macon and actually drive to this location because of the great customer service as well as the perfection of the pizzas out of all the papa John's I have eaten at this one has pizzas that actually look like the ones on the commercials !!!! I would recommend anyone within a 20 mile area to make the drive and see why papa John's is the best pizza out there !!! It wouldn't let me do a second review but I came back the next night and it was amazing again Desiree made my pizza and it was exquisite to say the least I don't care for a bunch of crust so she accommodated my wishes and made the customer service experience above and beyond so 2 days in a row everything I asked for and more !!!

The staff here are absolutely friendly. Always service with a smile. Always kind words. They make it an enjoyable experience every time. I just want to thank them

I ordered my pizza at 5:30 pm to be delivered at 7 pm. I am still waiting on my pizza and it's 9 pm. I will never order from this papa johns again. Ridiculous! Pizza places are a dime a dozen. I will give my hard earned money to somebody else next time.

Pizza is absolutely burnt to a crisp as you can see. Also was the only customer waiting in line and was still waiting for 15 minutes to be Rudefully greeted and stared at. Woman at the counter was very rude when giving me the order and my pizza is literally black, the wings too.

They waited an hour after to tell us at pick up they had no pepperoni (because their truck hasn't came in yet ). I was still charged $57.69, and no one at the store or the 1-877-547-7272 could explain this to me . Why was I charged for pepperoni on all the pizza's we order ,but I get there they have no pepperoni. They could of been respectful enough to tell me that before the order was placed . I've called to have this matter looked into respectfully I wouldn't ever recommend this Papa John's location too anyone !!!! Poor customer service, and they don't care when they don't have something. They still charge you for it and don't tell you about it . Horrible experience. I will work the chain of command on this issue l.
