Never had problems with pizza hut till today. We ordered food a come almost 2 hours later an 2 phone calls we never got our food.(we live five mins away) Called them they said it was just now leaving. 30 mins later we still have no pizza. Called back for a refund they were absolutely rude to us about it told us they could not give us a refund only store credit. Told us it’s not their fault it’s the dasher. Told us we need to call the manger tomorrow when they open and hung up as we was talking to them. After this experience we will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again.

We have ordered takeout from here several times. It is good every time. Pizzas fresh, customer service good. Pizza Hut really needs to fix their app and their phone services. It is no reflection on the store.

We placed and paid for the pizza by phone because the phone ap wasn't working. We were told 45 mins. It has been over 2 hours. It was not possible to talk to a human at the restaurant. A series of prompts on the phone transfers you to a call center where they either take your order and send it to the store, or transfer you directly to the restaurant...and no one answers the phone at the restaurant. I let it ring for 9 minutes. Drove to the store - they had not started the order yet. They were very nice and offered to cook it right away. PIZZA HUT FIX YOUR SYSTEMS - YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER.

Hit or miss with this location. Either food will be great or it will be terrible which I dont understand.
The lady at the cash register and all the people working there were super friendly. Pizza was piping hot. Best Pizza Hurt in the chain.

If I was able to give no stars I would went to pick my online order up felt like something was wrong cause when boxing my order up 3 staff members was hovering over my order then a employee comes to register and says we messed your order up we can remake it so I said yes please remake it got home pizza tasted like plastic and was overcooked and was still not what I ordered couldn’t eat any of it cause of the taste

I ordered a pizza for delivery. I got a notification that door dash would be delivering it at 5:27pm. At 5:27, the app updated and said it would be delivered at 5:45. At 5:45 it updated and said 5:57. So I called and canceled the order.
