For some reason the baristas making the drinks pay zero attention to the order. I received a caramel ribbon crunch that was supposed to have a lined cup with extra caramel and extra crunch. Instead the cup wasn’t lined, there was zero crunch, and barely any caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened and they weren’t even busy.

Melissa and others were so helpful!!! I accidentally ordered from the wrong Starbucks and they quickly took care of everything! I appreciate their kindness so much! Will definitely stop there again.

I did a mobile order and ordered my normal drinks, but in different sizes. Upon receiving one of my drinks, I felt I didn't receive the amount of drink I paid for, so Jeri tried to help me the best that she could. Alexis, another barista came and helped me. She asked me what I was trying to order and gave me another idea for future reference to get the full amount I'm paying for and at a better price, as well as fixing my drink today. Never once did they make me feel like an inconvenience or like I was holding up the line (that was already wrapped around the building). They genuinely tried to help me and were so sweet, personable and professional! Thank you so much for a positive experience today! I will definitely be back to try the suggested drink!

10/10 Starbucks Cafe and Team.
Major props to the morning crew who are often firing on all cylinders getting things to people while still smiling cheerfully and being kind to customers through it all - even during crazy rush periods, swarms of customers and wrap-around drive-thru lines sometimes.
Kudos to the team and manager for being able to excel at running a clean and comfortable cafe consistently and continuously.
The food and coffee are alright too. Protein Box and Passion Tea are a great, low-carb option for brunch. They've recently launched protein drinks also! Great for people who don't want or can't have too much sugar in their lives.
