Unfortunately as does happen they didn't listen so we got the wrong thing. We didn't get what we ordered. It's a shame but it happens and so they had to dump out and waste a drink and get the right one. Training is everything

First time here i ordered online and expected exactly what i ordered but the cup was half way full. Very disappointed because of how expensive a cup of coffee is and still gets shorted.

I came at 8:50pm like I do every night and tonight I was told they were closed and then another employee said they were understaffed. I have only ever seen two or three working at night. I know plenty of other Starbucks and Dunkin’s that only have two employees at night and never say this. Closing 10 minutes before the actual closing time is just wrong.

Got a breakfast sandwich and coffee it was great. Service was exceptional from the lady workin drive thru yesterday morning.
My first time visiting this location was yesterday. I love Starbucks & desperately needed one of my favorite drinks. I walked in & it was empty. Okay, not normal for most Starbucks I've been to, but maybe that's normal for the area. The server was nice (hence the two stars). He took my order & made it quickly. Here comes the issue - it tasted like hot steamed milk & maybe one shot of syrup. In ALL THE MANY YEARS I've been going to Starbucks & ordering this drink, it's the worst I've ever had it! Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was this bad until I was away from the store & I was not turning back around. It was disappointing bcuz I really wanted the drink & for the price, I feel like I wasted my money. This is the first time I've EVER thrown away a Starbucks drink. Also, while the server was nice, I think Starbucks needs to offer ServSafe training at this location. The staff should NOT be touching their face, especially around their nose, while preparing food/beverages.

Great latte and bacon Gouda sandwich as usual. The location at Forsyth Georgia is very fast even with a line they move them quickly. I love going here.
