Horrible horrible experience. Never witnessed such bad customer care in my life. Waisted a hour of my time, and delayed my road trip. The workers couldn’t get along and they keep quitting on each other in the midst of making sandwiches for customer. It was so chaotic I didn’t even get my food. Needless to say I’ll be deleted the subway app and I’ll never set foot in a subway.

I have nothing against the quality of the sandwiches or the employees, but the last two times I’ve been at the Subway in Walmart, they are out of soda drinks and bottled soda drinks. My main gripe is that if I’m going in there and expecting to get some meal combo and they have no drinks, the employees should at least let people know before they start ordering.

The employees here are RUDE and lazy. The food is never fresh when they actually have menu items in stock but 90% of the time, they are out of everything. Didn't even deserve one star. Go to the Subway in Walmart, don't waste your time and money here.

Been there twice and both visits were not pleasant. Service is horrible and sandwicheswe’re not what you’d expect. Last visit my husband ordered me an Italian sub, got it home and no meat on it. Who orders an Italian sub and no meat? The only reason it got a star was because I had to click on the star to start the process of what a horrible place this is.They need to close up shop.

The 2 young ladies (teenagers) that were working there the night I went just did whatever they wanted and took their sweet time doing everything. At most Subways while one danios in the toaster they would start working on another to hurry the process up. Not these ladies. They put the sandwiches in and just stood there or walked to the back and played on their phones. You could tell I was getting irritated. Once I got up the register, she gave me they ugliest look and attitude and I thought she was going to jump out of her skin when I told her I just needed some cookies. It’s like they were annoyed. Definitely won’t go back when I’m in town.

Ordered subway online By dollar tree only to get there to find out they out of bread and instead of them calling me to tell me so I could cancel my order and get my money back they let the order go all the way through and now I have to wait till the manager Tiffany is there on Monday!!! Asked for the general manager number and get told they don’t know it!! The sad thing is I know for a fact that they are to call the customer if something is wrong cause I used to work there!! I will never go back to this subway again!!!
