Perhaps the most disappointing Cheesy Gordita crunch and crunchy beef taco I’ve ever had. I ordered through the drive thru . Felt dismissed by the staff taking my order, money and giving me my order. Returned to enjoy my meal only to discover that not one of my items was crunchy, nor hot. I was only behind one vehicle in the drive thru. I love Taco Bell but am not sure I will return to this location.

Been stopping in here for years during work trips. No more. The ordering kiosks are stupid and annoying and the staff is all standing there not doing anything anyway so why not let them take the order. I’m not there to work, I’m there to eat. Even ate at Arby’s the other day. Worse fries ever but I don’t have to deal with a kiosk order. Will stop at Wendy’s in a few days.

Might I say this is the best Taco Bell we have been to!! Everything tasted great, and I watched an employee on the food line even change gloves after picking something up off the floor! Thanks to the whole team tonight for doing such a great job during their very busy Sunday rush!!

When visiting Forsyth ga Taco Bell. At the drive up window you shouldn't have to make sure all your food is there or maybe you do. My times at this one has happened to me and probably others . You get home something missing from your order. Not good. You call and complain how can we fix's this from Markus. We can give you your missing food just come back. That's all good if I going back out. The lady at first window on phone next window lady great. Should of checked my order pull it all out there at window people don't move. If I ran my business that way as road side help people pay for something they didn't get. They would stop calling us . Regardless of what can we do to make it wright. People stop go to some of the other places to eat would be better . Show Taco bell that people order should be check and wright the first time not come back and we fix it. There's more to be said but bet you this won't help as well . Thanks Taco bell Markus. Oh yes I was hot I work out side in the weather and when you won't hot food and wright food go to a nother food chain .
We just left your establishment and our drinks where incorrect at the start then we got that fixed then upon arrival to the house we pull out food and half the items happened to be incorrect and I was missing the main item I wanted from the crunch wrap box. How you forget to give me my crunch wrap???? Either your window person or the cook needs to pay closer attention to the order.
