I prefer to mobile order and to get my burritos grilled, but majority of the time when I make the request it's ignored at this location. Drive thru will get it right during the day, but dinner/night shift is a no go. It's been a few months since an order was correct, and it's pulling teeth to get an employee to acknowledge you're in the store.

The only way you can have human service is in the drive through. If you go in to eat and want anything at all they will totally ignore you. I mean they will look right at you and pretend they are so busy! Worst service ever!! Will not go back. Many people in the area have had same experience. This is why these restaurants up that way don't last.

Staff was friendly and my food was made quickly. The kiosks are not in a convenient location, in my opinion, to allow guests to instinctively order nor allow guests enough room to collect food.
Usually a long wait but the food is always as it should be. Recently, tried the Midnight Baja and it was delicious.

Perhaps the most disappointing Cheesy Gordita crunch and crunchy beef taco I’ve ever had. I ordered through the drive thru . Felt dismissed by the staff taking my order, money and giving me my order. Returned to enjoy my meal only to discover that not one of my items was crunchy, nor hot. I was only behind one vehicle in the drive thru. I love Taco Bell but am not sure I will return to this location.

Been stopping in here for years during work trips. No more. The ordering kiosks are stupid and annoying and the staff is all standing there not doing anything anyway so why not let them take the order. I’m not there to work, I’m there to eat. Even ate at Arby’s the other day. Worse fries ever but I don’t have to deal with a kiosk order. Will stop at Wendy’s in a few days.
