We went on a Sunday at lunch. Traffic increased significantly as everyone left church. The building needs a little tlc. The bathrooms were clean for most part. On arrival we were welcomed within a few minutes. Our order which was small, was messed up even when we brought it to the servers attention. 2 chillis, a baked potato, a frosty and a small fries. Received 1 frosty 1 chilli and baked potato. Everything was fresh and hot and generous portions.

I've only come here once and it was a stop to get lunch on the way home. It was definitely quick and the food was okay for the most part. The staff seemed really rushed in trying to get me out of there. The fries tasted like they were a day old and the staff never really interacted with me. Not a place I would go out of my way to eat at.

Terrible service in the drive through, came here on 5/16/25 at 10:20pm and whoever the guy is that took my order in the drive through had a terrible attitude, I don’t do these surveys often but it’s unacceptable to have an attitude with customers because you clearly don’t want to be at work. Slick comments to customers is unacceptable

Reliable food, never bad, bathrooms are usually clean. The photos of the meals always look way better than the actual products. Still, it tastes good.

The young lady at the register was very nice, although a young lady informed me that my seeing her at the counter was her third time returning to it because of her order being wrong. My food was right and fresh, but I myself had to return to the counter after checking my bag because my condiments weren't inside. The bathroom was not very clean and had a very strong odor inside. I will be dodging this location on my next visit.

Customer service in the drive thru was not good at all... I received my order in good timing and she didn't ask me if I needed anything else. Just closed the window. I had to yell thru the window that I needed ketchup and she said with an attitude excuse me ma'am. I didn't know I had better customer service and it's like this all the time I go. That's why I really don't go to Wendy's a lot.

Very bad service they gave my food to other people and twice they told me they were cooking mine people was ordering the same thing I was and getting served before me when I said something about it they didn’t care. I wouldn’t come back here again. by the time I got home, my food was cold. Will not order there again.

Reminded me of how Wendy’s used to be. Fries were really good. The single was made perfect… tasted like real meat!! Unlike some burger joints now a days.
