I came here and went through the drive thru. After waiting nearly two minutes I said “hello?” And that’s when someone said they would be right with me. I requested fresh fries for both of my orders. I got mine and there was only a handful of cold fries. Not to mention once I paid I was asked to back up (I think this was to make it look like they’re handling cars quickly and efficiently). I sent back my food and advised them that I requested fresh fries when ordering. My child was hungry so he ate his cold fries. They asked me to back up again, and I declined. After another 5 minutes a team member brought out my food and it was THE EXACT SAME FOOD I JUST RETURNED!! I’m unsure of what I just waited for? So again I sent it back. I’ve worked in fast food and usually when someone returns something you discard it and start fresh to avoid cross contamination but they clearly didn’t. I waited another 5 minutes for them to bring me out a small order of fries that were packaged separately from the food I returned (and got the same food I gave them back twice).

Placed a curbside order for a 10 piece finger and fries. Chicken was brought out quickly but I noticed my fries were missing. The employee stated he’d be right back with my fries. Waited 10 more minutes and no fries so I go in. I tell them the situation and they said sure we’ll get them. Waited another 10 minutes so I finally said forget it. And asked for a refund. No real sense of urgency or anything.

This is my second time going here. I tried to give them a chance the first time about the cold wings, but this is the second time in the wings are still cold. The food was not fresh. At least the wings wasn’t. I don’t know what’s going on, but please cook the wings fresh when someone orders. Wings not fresh

This was our first visit to this location. It was easy access from the freeway. The food was excellent and hot and fresh. We had the chicken fingers and fries and it all tasted great. I had the lemon pepper rub and that added an amazing flavor. The service was friendly and efficient. The restroom and restaurant were clean and comfortable. We will be back on our next trip through the area.

We were the only customers and were ignored and when they did speak to us they were rude. The order was wrong and missing items. The wings we ordered were plain with no sauce and the salad did not come with dressing when we asked for ranch and zaxby sauce they said sauce is extra and never comes with meals. We had an order for over 75.00 and they refused to provide any salad dressing or sauce. It wasnt just one employee it was all of them making remarks and making us feel unwelcome. We have never had a problem at any other location. In fact we have had great service in macon, conyers, and snellville to name a few.
The quality of food & portion sizes have really gone down the past couple of months for some reason. For the price I expect more like other Zaxbys in the area provide.
