Paid all that money we did in line and wasn’t asked once what I wanted on my sub. It was just handed to me. I didn’t even know she was working on mine.
I was like I usually like mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickle and she’s like it’s already done and went onto the next customer.

People look like they don’t want to be there and have no courtesy for customers. When I got my order some of the food was cold and there were different meats in my sandwich than I ordered. I wish I can give them 0 star. This place is a joke. Order through DoorDash and on app said 20 minutes . Placed an order 5.50 pm and they closed at 6.30 pm. Last order from DoorDash 6.10 pm. This is second time they canceled my orders. Even the dasher went there and have to come back with nothing . If you guys don’t want any orders from DoorDash. Don’t use DoorDash anymore or don’t receive the orders. Management really needs to step it up.

Just ordered cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink on doordash. I requested an additional topping on the sandwich, they did not put it on there and drink was missing. Sandwich was below average with cold bread, fries were gross.

I am tired of employees with attitudes as if I am inconveniencing them by ordering. My order was simple; just two sandwiches. Kid at the register made it seem like I was asking for an overcomplicated coffee at Starbucks. He asked if I wanted to make it a meal and I decided sure. Rolled his eyes again and and added that to the order. I asked if those drinks were lemonades, the kid at stared at me and went to the register to change that to the order again as if I just keep throwing him curveballs. Dear God, I had no idea being a customer was that much of a burden for you. I think I had enough and won't come to this Charlie's anymore. Food is good like any other Charlie's, but customer service is extremely lacking and rude.
