Domino's Pizza

This place is hit or miss.

1. Food is always really good. Never had a bad experience with the food.

2. Wait times can be excessive. The text notifications to are not accurate. For example, when ordering online and yiu choose to receive text notifications, it will say "order has been placed in the oven; will be ready in 8-10 minutes". This is not always true. Your order will also be green and ready when you arrive on the screen in the lobby, however, it might take an additional 15-30 minutes before it's actually ready. It's very common on weekends.

3. Mostly everyone is nice, however, there are some that have an attitude or appear to have an attitude when you talk to them.

There is always an issue with our food when ordering from this dominos. Today, they got the right toppings, but the timing it is obviously off.

I love it when I roll up and the staff is joking, talking, competing, working; they love their jobs and I can Taste it. I don’t believe the other reviews necessarily paint a picture. If I happen to get names on my next visit I’ll update this accordingly — I’m typically in a hurry.

I have ordered from this dominos several times and every time something is serverly messed, don't get a pizza redelivered from here you will get sick.
Pizza was burnt with hardly any toppings and manager couldn't seem to care less.

If you’re an introvert like me, it’s better than a crowded military DFAC. However, it is significantly more expensive. Get the app and use the coupons for the best experience.

I’m going to give you 5 stars because I will continue to order here BUT PLEASE CUT THE PIZZA BETTER. 98% of my orders with you I have to cut the pizza. I legitimately do not understand how you cannot cut through the pizza with a pizza cutter but you guys fail every time.UPDATE: new order today. And guess what? I think you guys cut the pizza even softer. Almost not even like it was cut. This is embarrassing I’m changing review to 1 star now. Y’all had a nice 5 stars across the board I gave you a chance.

They’re fast and efficient. Delivery might take a little longer on the weekends but it’s understandable with the amount of orders they get.

Horrible service , horrible pizza . Ordered some pizza 2 miles from the place , got it delivered 2 hours later. Took 2 hours ( quoted 30 - 40minutes ) Did not follow the instructions, pizzas was cold. If I wanted “COLD” pizza I’d have walked the distance myself , saved the nearly $4 delivery and tips and have gotten it 30 minutes sooner than when I did

I won’t be ordering from here anymore. My last straw was my family biting into our pizza and discovering the entire pizza had been made with BBQ SAUCE instead of the tomato sauce. ??? Don’t even get me started on the thin as cardboard crust. What a joke. This place has gone downhill the past couple of years.

By far the worst customer service experience in recent memory. Placed order online at 1745, signed up for text updates. After 45 minutes receive a text notification Christopher is on the way. Watched the vehicle on tracker to outside out hotel. Received notification delivery complete. No driver no product. After multiple calls which go to a call center finally drive to store. Driver the calls so we have to return to our hotel. Finally get out cold pizzas at 1945. Tastes good but cold and unacceptably late. Do not waste your money and time ordering from this location.

Pleasant delivery drivers are very few and far between, the last two I had were amazing! So polite and kind. The best delivery experience I’ve had since we left Ft Campbell, and of course the food is good and always within the time they quote. Please pull my last two tickets and praise these drivers, I added extra tips for both of them!

Some makes fantastic pizza but they are short staffed most of the times. They do their best to keep up, kind at all times.

If you want a true large pizza, order two large. If you really want extra cheese, better order somewhere else. The pizza is still pretty good, but the Domino's of years past is long gone. Welcome to the world of Cut Where You Can.
