Domino's Pizza

Just kind of annoyed.. ive been trying to call the store about my order ..for some reason online i added certain toppings and when I checked out the toppings were not shown so it looks like i ordered a cheese pizza but didnt.. currently on bed rest so i couldnt go up there. Please be better about answering the phone!..

Ordered here for a delivery. Currently on a training status so i cant drive while on base. The driver showed up with a bad attitude and they shorted me two toppings on my pizza and they refused to come back and oick it up and send out a new one despite the fact i hadn't touched it and said i wouldn't. They then claimed they would give me a store credit and yet Everytime i call to claim that credit they then place me on hold and leave me there. Ive waited on hold over 20minutes multiple times for something that was promised because they refused to initially fix the problem. I think this location just genuinely does not care considering most ordering from them they know are trainees and have very little recourse or options so they could care less about their service to you.

Ordered a pizza 1.5 hours before requested delivery time. Automated system took all information and sent my order to this location. When order had not arrived 30 min after requested delivery time, I called the store. The workers would pick the phone off the cradle and set it down without answering or answer then immediately hangup. Worst customer service without ever receiving product. Do your best to not get food from this location.

Takes them over an hour to deliver a pizzas 5min away. Tried to see what is going on and no one will pick up the phones.

This place is hit or miss.

1. Food is always really good. Never had a bad experience with the food.

2. Wait times can be excessive. The text notifications to are not accurate. For example, when ordering online and yiu choose to receive text notifications, it will say "order has been placed in the oven; will be ready in 8-10 minutes". This is not always true. Your order will also be green and ready when you arrive on the screen in the lobby, however, it might take an additional 15-30 minutes before it's actually ready. It's very common on weekends.

3. Mostly everyone is nice, however, there are some that have an attitude or appear to have an attitude when you talk to them.

I love it when I roll up and the staff is joking, talking, competing, working; they love their jobs and I can Taste it. I don’t believe the other reviews necessarily paint a picture. If I happen to get names on my next visit I’ll update this accordingly — I’m typically in a hurry.

I have ordered from this dominos several times and every time something is serverly messed, don't get a pizza redelivered from here you will get sick.
Pizza was burnt with hardly any toppings and manager couldn't seem to care less.

If you’re an introvert like me, it’s better than a crowded military DFAC. However, it is significantly more expensive. Get the app and use the coupons for the best experience.

I’m going to give you 5 stars because I will continue to order here BUT PLEASE CUT THE PIZZA BETTER. 98% of my orders with you I have to cut the pizza. I legitimately do not understand how you cannot cut through the pizza with a pizza cutter but you guys fail every time.UPDATE: new order today. And guess what? I think you guys cut the pizza even softer. Almost not even like it was cut. This is embarrassing I’m changing review to 1 star now. Y’all had a nice 5 stars across the board I gave you a chance.

They’re fast and efficient. Delivery might take a little longer on the weekends but it’s understandable with the amount of orders they get.

Horrible service , horrible pizza . Ordered some pizza 2 miles from the place , got it delivered 2 hours later. Took 2 hours ( quoted 30 - 40minutes ) Did not follow the instructions, pizzas was cold. If I wanted “COLD” pizza I’d have walked the distance myself , saved the nearly $4 delivery and tips and have gotten it 30 minutes sooner than when I did
