Ordered a half a dozen original glazed and two glazed blueberry. None of them were glazed nor were they fresh. It was 8 in the morning on a Sunday and I’m pretty sure I received the left overs from the day before.

Whatever old lady was at the window 10/30/25 at 11:30am was overly rude and had an attitude for nothing … won’t be going back with workers like that. Then my hot coffee was barely warm .

Always expect a 30 minute wait time, you’re never going to get what you order, but it’s the only Dunkin on post, so oh well.

Update the hours online

I’ve been here several times and disappointed several times. The service is very slow, and more often than not they don’t give you everything you ordered. On 2 occasions I have ordered something, been charged for it, and not received it. The line is so slow there is no point in going back to get what you are missing.

Right when we were ordering flies were standing on the donuts. The employee did not even attempt to get them away from the donuts. Cancelled the order right then and there. They should have a better system in place to avoid any contact with flies or other bugs.

I want to take a moment to recognize Lilly for her outstanding customer service this morning. I was trying to order a simple chocolate milk for my child with just a bit of whipped cream on top but was initially told it wasn’t possible. Lilly overheard the interaction, stepped in with kindness and professionalism, and made it happen without hesitation. It may have been a small request, but her willingness to listen and help meant so much to me and my child. Moments like these truly stand out and reflect the kind of care that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Lilly, for going above and beyond.

They open at 7 on Saturdays not 6. Update: Since posting this they still havent opened. And it is after 7:05 So maybe they open at 8. The owner is probably cool with opening later. The owner also probably doesnt know because they arnt here to supervise. Let’s get a Krispy Kreme on base. Competition is a wonderful thing.
