I want to take a moment to recognize Lilly for her outstanding customer service this morning. I was trying to order a simple chocolate milk for my child with just a bit of whipped cream on top but was initially told it wasn’t possible. Lilly overheard the interaction, stepped in with kindness and professionalism, and made it happen without hesitation. It may have been a small request, but her willingness to listen and help meant so much to me and my child. Moments like these...
They open at 7 on Saturdays not 6. Update: Since posting this they still havent opened. And it is after 7:05 So maybe they open at 8. The owner is probably cool with opening later. The owner also probably doesnt know because they arnt here to supervise. Let’s get a Krispy Kreme on base. Competition is a wonderful thing.
Good location, great staff, and better than the local Tim Hortons, and as a Canadian...it pains me to admit that. Well done America; well done.
