Really frustrated by this location. The past two times we’ve ordered, our food has been prepared incorrectly. This time, food was incorrect, and left the store a whole 25 minutes after it was prepared. Better off choosing a different store.

Good if nothing else is avaliable, waited ~40 mins for 2 items for carryout that had been sitting on the order shelf the entire time, unsure why they aren't expediting orders and just letting them sit.

Observed one of the make line workers scratch her hair, touch her phone with gloves on, then immediately start handling food with those same gloves, yuck!

Great pizza if you're on base and need it soon. Otherwise other big brands oud be better for the price. They charge tax even though we are on base which is weird

Ordered a large meatball sub. After receiving my sandwich I sat down to eat it. I took a bite and the meatball was ice cold. I brought the sub to the cashier and ask to speak to a manager. The manager was the person who took my order, a female with tattoos all over her arms. I told her that the meatballs were ice cold in that I wanted a refund. At this point things got a little ugly. She snatched the receipt out of my hand as if it were my fault that their product was not cooked right. I told her that I didn't appreciate that and she was making it my fault that the sandwich was awful. She then sneered and smirked. I told her that it wasn't about her and I wanted a refund. She refunded my money and informed me in a very rude way the refund would show up in 5 to 7 business days which is not good enough but whatever. I work at Fort Moore. I've eaten pizza at this location numerous times. I do not recommend getting any hot sandwich because this is the third time the hot sandwich I ordered has been served cold. Also the owner who had spoken to numerous times needs to get rid of the manager with a bad attitude

Quoted a 30 minute delivery time and waited close to two hours to get my pizzas. Cashiers repeatedly lied over the phone about when their drivers would bring the pizza.
