Honestly this is a pretty good DFAC. They have the best selection of salad dressings on post and they keep the salt and pepper shakers at the tables so you don’t have to fiddle with those annoying paper packets. Come in civilian clothes if you are able to do so. It makes for a better overall dining experience when you don’t need to bother with saluting and greeting every kid walking around nearby with a little gold bar on their chest.

The army removes 300 dollars from junior soldiers every month which funds the DFAC. The food is often underportioned and under cooked. There is never any coffee. The drink machines are regularly out of order. Healthy options are rationed while fried short order food is served with reckless abandon. Give soldiers their BAS and let then make their own choices.

It's a Army dining facility, so the food will never be five star, but the staff is extremely friendly. They also have tons of options for different entrees and sides every meal. The salad bar is always full and they have a lot of regular items as well as items that rotate. The coffee doesn't taste like turpentine, but it's not great. The tea, cocoa, and creamers is always maintained well. Overall way better than most TRADOC DFAC's.

The Staff are always professional and they always cook pretty good food. In terms of a good Army DFAC, look no further than this one right here.

I mean it's a DFAC but it's not too bad as far as those are. Good size so the lines are not too long and they have various ice cream goodies.

Posted a photo of the scrambled eggs (plate covered in uncooked liquid egg). it’s not the type of food that is the disappointment with this dfac, it’s how it is prepared. Scrambled eggs that are more liquid than scramble, baked chicken that’s still pink and bloody, potatoes that are crunchy from being undercooked instead of crispy, and meat loaf so overcooked and burnt that we bent three forks trying to poke into it.... its an issue when our NCOA Dining facility can’t cook food that is edible, not to mention palatable. Only reason this dfac has 3 stars is because Command teams pump it with 5 star reviews on their way to Enjoy a nice meal at Muscle maker grill. If you think this is disgusting you should check out the NCOA barracks next. Embarrassed and disgusted.
