Combo was supposed to come with biscuit, says so on the menu, he didn’t put one in the bag, when I pointed it out he was very rude and yelled that only chicken tender combos come with a biscuit. I politely pointed him to the menu where it says “combos come with a biscuit” right above the sandwich combo, with nothing said about tenders only and he yelled, “well I’m not giving it to you.” Btw he was yelling at me while I’m in uniform and I dropped it and didn’t yell back because I was in uniform.
Its a quick bite and pretty quick to have food out. I think the quality of the food could be better but choosing another meal thats better will work.. I guess.

This place has to be the most “throw it in the bag, they wont check there order anyway” establishment ever. Politely ask for one thing and they'll maliciously get it wrong. Employees arguing out loud in front of customers. There's know preparedness her. I feel like if you know during certain hours your traffic is heavy, then you should increase production and productivity.

This is my favorite Popeyes. The chicken is always fresh and delicious. Fries are crispy and flavorful and the biscuits are always buttery and amazing. This is the only Popeyes I go to. The only thing keeping me from eating 5 stars is that 9 times out of 10 they always give me spicy chicken when I order the mild which is annoying but it’s still very good. That and a lot of times if you go later in the day they are out of a lot of stuff. But they are always very nice and the food is always fresh.

No idea why people trash this place. Is the BEST Popeyes you can find. Popeyes is not easy and yes you have to wait but that is because they are making your chicken FRESH so you don't have to complain that is cold. I have no issues with this location. I eat here and I also door dash and never had a single complaint. Thanks for the real effort you guys put out.

This Popeyes needs to be shutdown! The employees are awful and very disrespectful. I cannot believe AAFES still allows this location to run. Something needs to be done!
Went there Sunday at 5pm. Was wondering why customers was not ordering and just leaving. When it was my turn the worker was telling me how they don’t have anything to give out because they ran out of mostly everything and that they already closed the kitchen and also said they didn’t make much because of some event happening. I notice that all the workers was cleaning up I’m guessing that they just wanted to go home early. But when I was leaving I looked at what time they closed at it said 6pm.
My favorite location!
It’s gotten better, just wish they had root beer
Visited this restaurant for the 10th time, this year.
Minor irrelevant issues in the past, but this time, the service was not pleasing at all.
Do not visit between 5pm and 6pm, during the weekday.
Just wait til the next day, or try ordering online.
I stood at the counter almost 30 minutes, just waiting to be approached for service.
Then, there was a new employee, who needed assistance entering a redeem code. When he asked for help, the one female employee (working the front also) said that she was busy. The one male employee, (wearing dark gray), hesitated and kept yelling at the employee at the counter, then proceeded to come thumping buttons because he was pissed that he had to stop, to assist their new employee.
All of it was uncalled for. Yes, it gets very busy after 5pm. But where was the teamwork? And why hire a young man, then leave him unattended at the counter, only to get a freakin' attitude when the young man asks a question?
Get it together Management. All I wanted was a hot 2 piece and a biscuit! I will wait for the hot chicken 🍗, but not the hot attitude!
