Glad to see I’m not the only one this place pissed off. Waited for our food after being “up charged” for the Mac and cheese and charged extra for our bbq sauce. Only to get home and realize we didn’t even get our whole order. Never again. This place needs to be shutdown because this isn’t the first time they didn’t give us our whole order.

I had to use the drive thru because the inside wasn't open I tried to order lunch for 2 coworkers and myself I was told I could only place 2 orders in the drive thru I placed my first order then added my 2 & 3 order together before I was told they were out of mac and cheese which was on 2 of the 3 orders If you can't go in why is there a limit to how many orders I place and why no mac and cheese I went off post and that one on Macon Road was worse!!!!!!!

I ordered my food and the order online and the receipt shows what I ordered but when when it came it was completely wrong and didn’t get my full order. It was $27.50. When I called they told me I would have to bring it in. I just arrived at post and have no transportation. It’s sad that it was their fault and this is what I get.

The pictures speak for itself couldn't even eat it. We've ate here several times and usually it's not that bad, but they often get our orders wrong or we're missing stuff.

The line was long and it was a girl and now she had blue hair and it was another lady and now they were short of help and it’s always a line is long and you have to wait at least 30 minutes for them to take your order one lady just drove off she was tired of waiting I hope corporate or somebody says something about this this is ridiculous you’re gonna lose business

Literally the worst Popeyes in existence. How a store can exist that offers 30 minute wait times in the drive thru every single day is a complete mystery to me. And the staff is disrespectful to say the least.

Please take this place off post! It’s a waste of an establishment. They never have any food. They always “out” of items, which I don’t think they actually are. They are just too lazy to make any more. At this point, I should just pull up and ask them what they want to serve me for the day. They close way too early like 5 which is not what their hours say. Their attitudes are always off as if someone forced them to come work there. Get a better manager to manage this place. Absolutely horrible. They don’t even deserve the one star I would rather drive off post to another Popeyes. Done coming here.
