Visit this location on 10/13/24 My experience was not to good in this location I have to say the service was bad.they are rude and no people skills.our server was Jessica and she had attitude and was annoyed by absolutely nothing,lettuce was finished and she put the last 2 little strings of lettuce when we ask if we can get more she grabbed a new batch and poor a bunch of them in a sarcastic manner rolling her eyes and and mumbling.this place needs better staff if not trained employees whoâs gonna be happy to actually work.dont hire people whoâs doing the job they donât like.

By far the worst place to eat. The food was bad, but the costumer service was horrible. The three ladies working here today 9/24/24 were rude. Ruching us to order when there wasn't even that much people waiting. I asked for queso because that's what it says on the manu so she asked me "So you want cheese?" I'm like yeah I guess I'm not sure anymore. I was little bit confused to be honest. I heard them talking about how dam the people are not knowing what they want. When I got to the register with an older lady I wanted to let her know what was going on but looked like she was worst. I asked just for the bowl she is like "what about the drink and chips?" I told her I don't want a drink, I was trying to tell her my husband was the one getting the meal, but she didn't let me finish turt away started talking to someone else. I was thinking maybe she's having a bad day. Then we started to eat and nothing wa good I was sick to my stomach couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. I don't plan to ever come back and I don't recommend it. It has "Mexican" in the name but there's was nothing Mexican about it but the chips. I'm Mexican I would know.

I will be launching a full complaint against this branch. The people here are very rude and disrespectful, including the Manager, and shouldn't be serving food to anyone. I'm getting corporate involved, nothing left to be said. You guys should send people unexpectedly to this restaurant and see just what kind of treatment your Customers are getting.

The worker seemed to not care to be there at all, forgot to give me my tortilla after I had asked for it, and gave me extremely small portions. Wouldnât recommend Qdoba unless you are off post.

Is this a joke? This burrito was ordered online and is a 1/3 the size of a normal burrito. It was also 75% rice.
You would think that working on a military base that there would be a higher standard held for employees to work here. Even if they are simply fast food workers. This isn't the hood. Countless customers along with myself have had to deal with the attitude of 1 rather ghetto & rude light skin, squinty eyed girl who has a constant facial expression of someone suffering from servere constipation. Her name was not worth learning however she's become infamous on Fort Moore now as Military personnel & spouses alike are constantly talking amongst one another on why she hasn't been fired years ago. I remind them that she shouldn't be fired & that she is exactly where she belongs.?

Qdoba portions suck. You are charging $9.40 for a single portion of chicken.The portion was so miserable, I asked for some more and she made it double and it still sucked for a double portion of chicken.I ended up paying more than chipotle. Even chipotle gives you a bigger portion of chicken if you guilt trip them.It just sucks.You canât request them to be more generous in a military food court. I wasnât expecting them to be so stingy at least on a military base.Plus their sauces suck. Even chipotle has the âchipotle smoked pepper sauceâ that makes the food hot.

They deserve zero stars for their bad attitudes and horrible customer service. I ate there three times in the past two weeks and every time they were extremely rude to every customer. They lost my business; I'll go to the panda express next to Qdoba from now on. I posted the first part before reading other reviews. It seems there's a trend that the food is pretty good but some of the employees are consistently horrible. Instead of posting apologies here, how about taking action and firing your substandard employees? I can get the names of the three women who are always rude, but you probably already know who they are. If Susi (by named in a couple reviews for being bad) is an older lady that is short, with short gray hair and wears glasses, then add me to the list of former customers that dealt with her bad attitude.
