My first visit here, and Rudy’s service was exceptional. He patiently answered my questions and offered great recommendations when my usual drink wasn’t available. We created a new flavor together, and it tasted amazing. His hospitality makes me want to come back again and again.

Jaz, Rudy, and all of the other phenomenal people that work at this Starbucks deserve high praise. They are always kind, as fast as they can be, understanding, and personable. They are one of the highlights of my morning. They are keeping us healthcare and administrative workers alive and do it with a smile. One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to.

Why does a tiny coffee shop display on Google maps before the hospital on mobile devices? Zoom in on Starbucks to find the Hospital in which the shop resides is backwards. This location has great service and is convenient for those waiting absurd lengths at Fort Bennings slowest place (the phamacy).

I asked for a shaken espresso with light ice. This was the most ice I’ve ever gotten in a drink and it was not mixed at all. Just not good. Customer service was great though

The young lady at the register was awesome. She recommended a drink she makes herself, a sweet cream with double white chocolate and I’m not too sure what else was in it but it was phenomenal for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. Very much appreciate the friendly customer service!

I ordered a caramel brûlée latte and a hot chocolate. The caramel brûlée latte barely had any coffee any it and the gave be bitter dark roast coffee instead of hot chocolate and wouldn’t exchange it or correct the mistake. They also won’t let you use the scan to pay Starbucks app!
Service was fast however I asked for a Chocolate Chip Moca Frappuccino and instead they gave me a plain Moca Frappuccino, I almost didn't even except it bur I marked it up to they probably didn't hear me correctly because of the mask... I didn't like it so I just tossed it into the trash, it didn't have a moca taste at all.

They do social distancing but when I look at the counter inside where they make the coffee and stuff. It's messy. They don't clean right away. But overall.. its ok
